Here at GO RV since i have started working i have noticed myself grow more then i have since i graduated highschool as a person and professionally. We are surrounded with co-workers and managment who are constantly aiding you with support, guidance and motivation to build a better you every day you walk through the door. We do have a healthy amount of presure sprung on us but only to build character and help you make a living in the long run. You can feel the enviroment that is unlike any other dealership i have been too with honest and genuine people. If you want to become a more driven hardworking this in the best place to be !

LOVE working here!  The management is fantastic and gives it their all to ensure you are trained for the position you are hired for.  Everybody is a team player and helps each other succeed.  I especially love that they promote within as often as possible and provide every one a chance to grow their own career path.  I have personally witnessed many co-workers get promotions and transfers to help them achieve their own goals!

I've been with GoRV for going on 3 years now. It is definitely a family atmosphere here where the management team genuinely cares about your success and your growth both professional and personal. The job can be demanding but you definitely get out what you put in. If you are willing to work it can be a very rewarding career.

There are team building events every quarter which are always a great time and the upwards mobility within the company is no secret. If you are willing to do the work and put in the time promotions are an inevitability.

Great team environment. Very turnover of employees for this type of industry. Fun place for anyone to work. Work life balance is important to us even though its a seasonal business. Great advancement possibilities in the organization. World class benefits and training programs.

Always looking to add to our team no matter what department it is. Cant say enough good things about all the staff at go rv and marine. Were lucky here its a great place to work because of all the great people!

We have the opportunity to work with guests to make a purchase of an RV, and get their families out making memories that last a lifetime.
Who can't remember those trips as a child to the lake, the mountains or just the closest campsite. cooking Hot dogs on the fire and hot chocolate before bed.

My time there in the beginning was great. 
Until it wasn't. 
Management doesn't care about anyone there. Higher ups just care about the almighty dollar. 
Nepotism was so strong here. Family members working closely together causing all sorts of problems. 
Not a place I would recommend anyone work for or buy from for that matter. 
Just a low down hole in the ground with a bunch of sneaky Pete's..


The best part  is getting to meet and work with new customers everyday. The management and staff are always teaching, growing and pushing you to the next level. it can get a little fast past on a busy day but all the taring they provide gets you threw it. Best work  place culture i have ever seen its like walking into your best friends house every morning.

This is my second trip to Go RV as an employee. I came back for the atmosphere, recognition and excellent wages. There is a real sense of team and family that you don;t normally see at fast paced large dealerships.
