The company has a concerning pattern of hiring unqualified employees for key positions. This has led to inefficiencies, lowered team morale, and a noticeable decline in overall performance. When experience and expertise are overlooked, it becomes difficult for the organization to maintain standards and deliver consistent results.

One of the biggest challenges I faced while working at Go Roght Fleet was the consistent lack of communication from management. Important updates were often not shared in a timely manner—if at all—which led to confusion, duplicated work, and missed deadlines. Expectations were unclear, priorities shifted without notice, and decisions seemed to be made behind closed doors without team input.

This communication gap created unnecessary stress and frustration across departments. Employees were often left in the dark, which impacted morale and productivity. When concerns were raised, they were rarely acknowledged or addressed effectively.

While the role had potential, the lack of transparency and open dialogue from leadership made it difficult to succeed or feel valued as a team member

Steer clear guys/gals. You'll be treated like pond debris here as a mechanic. No incentive or benefits for good work (though they'll say there is). In fact You'll likely be overworked, and treated worse if you're a good tech. Company has had the shop cleared of mechanics who quit multiple times over endless issues that are never resolved. Mobile techs are treated like garbage and taken advantage of at every opportunity. 
Expect to be promised the world over and over, and asked to "help" and "do favors" for managers then abused or ignored if you ask for anything or voice concern.



I've been working here at GoRight for just over a year now and I would rate it one of my top 5 companies. Management is receptive to new ideas and make us feel important and vital members to the team. GoRight has been very accommodating on a personal level during these tough times in the world. GoRight has a great atmosphere not to mention the various opportunities to advance within the company. The company promotes team work through season lunches and company bonuses. I look  forward to coming into work and wanting to contribute to the overall success. I would definitely recommend GoRight to anyone looking for a great place to work.

Management looks down on Techs/mechanics. No Appreciation. Take advantage and use you at every opportunity. You are just a number here. Don't expect a raise unless you quit and come back. 
Also company is extremely cheap, never stocking parts or necessary equipment,  very hard to work with. Accusatory over every small thing. 
Also a very negative environment, no one works together  "not my job" mentality. Departments fight internally which leads to no progress.
Worst part is how poorly you are treated by management. They will lie and threaten and use you and take advantage. 

At GoRight 
Please consider this a stern warning that this is a very toxic work environment..you should exhaust all other options before applying here. Management is despicable and vindictive with no integrity.With little to no self control, screaming and yelling by management was heard from one end of the building to the other.
They pit their employees against each other and openly talk horrible about everyone. 
After more then a decade I had worked with nearly all managers and branches to know this a deep rooted issue.That fails to be addressed only for profit.

Micro management is the number one goal of the present team if you're not a family friend etc, if there's an issue it's taken personally no professionalism it's all about egos, you'll get along well with management if you smoke or have a support system at work, bonuses are promised but it's not for everyone, if you like mischief and tottertailing it's the perfect workplace to be

- Poor local management
- No local support
- Set up at reception and treated as such
- Common responses to work related questions, "I don't know"
- Must be a smoker to fit in
- Must participate in negative work related conversations
- There is infighting 
- No training, local management and staff claim to be in the dark on all aspects of this role.  
- All around negative environment wrapped in a pretty facility...too bad so sad


 

From day one the company made me feel right at home. Everyone is very welcoming and is willing lend a helping hand when needed. The pay is very fair and is above the industry standard in all jobs. They have a great benefit plan which was very helpful since I have a family. The Managers are very understanding between work and life balance which is very hard to find now. I would recommend working here to anyone I know, it is a company that you can grow with. 

The Tomken facility is large, busy, clean, and modern. Ownership and senior leadership are supportive and genuinely care about employees, safety, and continued investment in the company. They prioritize doing things the right way and maintaining long-term customer relationships. There are strong opportunities for growth, demonstrated by many employees advancing within the organization. Overall, the company has significant potential.

I have recently joined GoRight and it has been a great experience. Management structure, pay, benefits and overall it's a dynamic company. Training and onboarding process has been great and always looking at ways to improve. I highly recommend working at GoRight.
