Greatway is an insurance brokerage company. It has always been a busy environment as there are so many calls and lot of Advisors with clients that come in to the office for private meetings. I learned a lot from all team members as they are willing to answer and share their knowledge to my queries aside from my ongoing intense training. I appreciate all of the support that they are giving me because I want to know the basic so I will never go wrong when I go out there and have my appointments on my own because every company has its own policies and procedures. I have also observed that working at Greatway is like I belong to a family. We have Thursday nights to share our success stories for the week, we do it while we eat like a family. The hardest part of the job is having declines of insurance applications from insurance companies because some clients get disappointed with the result. We get to celebrate when applications get approved, which means we help an individual or a family with their financial security.

I've had the absolute pleasure of working as an insurance agent at Greatway Financial Inc., and I couldn't be more grateful! The company's supportive environment, cutting-edge training, and exceptional leadership have empowered me to excel in my career.

It's a great experienced, sharing  great products to clients. Clients are blessed and happy because of these. It's a fulfillment when you shared something good. Aside from protection, we're giving them the preparation  to have a great life during retirement.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Not that stressful, but challenging, when people don't understand at first, but when explained well, and they come to realize the goodness of these products,
that's the happiest one.

Company is well family oriented. Treating everyone as a family, is incomparable.

During Trainings and events after events, even meetings are the days that  that we look forward to.

Everyday is different and sometimes people cancel appointments without reasons.

Lots of community meetings with clients, doing educationally presentations .
Meetings take place in our office or the client homes...it depends on the individuals.

The Controller, under the direction of the Chief Operations Officer,  primarily be responsible to analyze and interpret financial and accounting information in order to appraise operating results in terms of profitability, performance against budget, and other matters bearing on the fiscal soundness and operating effectiveness of the organization. Develop and control annual budget and long-term financial plans. This role will also administer the organization's funds according to the approved budget, and monitor its financial expenditures.
