Working for Greco is unlike any pizza place experience you can imagine, and I mean that in a good way. The staff are fun, lively, and committed to their duties. They keep things light and entertaining, but are quick to spring into action when the dinner rush begins and the orders start coming in. You'll hear the phones ringing often, you'll hear the door ringing consistently the entire shift, there will always be something for you to do, so it can make the time go by really fast. There is physical labor, but it's not that bad. You are constantly hit with the scent of the freshly-cooked pizzas, donairs, chicken, pasta, and much more. There are a few drawbacks to this job, such as the minimum wage, the insanely busy days (Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays especially), the lack of communication between owner and staff, but putting all of that aside, it's one of the best places I've worked. If you want to stay away from call centers, this is exactly the kind of work environment for you.

And help yourself to some delicious pizza at a great price for great quality!

First off I have to mention the restaurant has been closed, sold and reopened since this experience. 
I really enjoyed the fast paced environment and being able to interact with customers on a regular basis. The only issue was lack of proper management at times due to the owner being over an hour away with multiple other businesses, and being located in a small town made hiring difficult. Employees often left feeling like they were treated unfairly. Spent over two years there. Not terrible, a learning experience!

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
They only schedule 1 or 2 people. When it gets overwhelmingly busy, you need to call in other people which delays orders 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Come in check the orders, start on the daily lists, fill and prep toppings, fill drink cooler. R stock pizza boxes. Pull freezer items for next day. Take orders. Make orders. Tidy and clean. Dishes.

Responsible to coordinate 3-4  staff on shift to complete tasks
Responsible to open /close the store (Key Holder)
Responsible for answering the business phone, taking customer order 
Responsible for preparing and cooking food in a sanitary manner 
Proficiently used Portable operational systems, Cash credit, debit machines  
Safely drove the company vehicle to deliver orders to customer

I absolutely loved this job, I would be making pizzas for customers all shift and cleaning up. It was the best job I've ever had i must say. I learned a lot about making pizzas and working well with others. The hardest part of the job was taking orders over the phone. I enjoyed everything on that job. My favorite part was serving the customers and making the pizzas.

Very unprofessional business, managers refuse to promote employees to supervisors, refused to hand out pay stubs with every pay period which ended in employees not being paid for the CORRECT hours they worked.

I loved every thing about this job. the people were amazing. the work was hard but good. hours were an up. I would work here again if the feel of the place has not changed.

This was my first job and it was a great experience, I felt comfortable working and I had a lot of good workers training me. Although it could get extremely busy and there wasn't enough staff members

Flexible, fast paced, can work alone or as a team,  lots of departments to expand in.  Ķitchen is busy and fun to work in.  Many perks of working in this building.
