The only good thing about working here are the discounts and the people you might work with. Every location is different in terms of staff. Management does not trust your word on anything and will drop you in a second. They do not protect you as an employee and there is no open door policy. Your opinion is not welcome here. They also do not care about your health in unhealthy works situations, they look for the cheapest solution.

Unfortunately, I did not have the best experience working for this company. 

Although I enjoyed the customers dearly, and the job itself. It was really demanding and a lot of pressure at times. Not due to the store itself but from lack of leadership. 

I got let go after I came back from 2 weeks of covid. I was negative but still very weak. I worked for a month and they let me go for not being suitable for their company. Not fair at all. No warnings provided.

Decent pay as long as you negotiated it going in. No bonus structure , demanding schedule with warehouse sales awful head office culture with zero communication down to store level.

Greenhawk Saskatoon is a poor place to work. Management does not know the products that are being sold and has no desire to learn. You are either left completely alone or micromanaged, with no medium. Ultimately, I would strongly discourage working at this location.

A fun, laid back work environment. However, not the best management, a lot of very questionable decisions that leave you as an employee frustrated and let down. Bad pay, but the discounts are great if you can use them!

Management is very juvenile, feels like they got no training, corporate is very out of touch with the actual inner workings of the store. They’ll give you above minimum wage, but it isn’t worth it with all their complaining and lack of direction. 

I've worked at Greenhawk Equestrian for around two years. I have enjoyed working there for the vast majority of it. I enjoy sharing my passion of horses with my coworkers and customers

If you are in need of money this is the job for you! There is literally always overtime! The work is fast paced and busy 90% of the year! You will earn your money but you will also enjoy spending it. Management are tough to work for! 

I love the staff that I work with in my store. We are like a little family. However, dealing with home office and higher levels of management can be extremely frustrating!
