I used to work at the call centre/the box office and the coordos were always gossiping about their employees. Also, they play favorites. If they dont like you, they'll be stricter. Overall, very strict for no reason. They listen to your calls and evaluate you every month. They treat us like we're kids. The main coordo lacks empathy and is always bossing everyone around. The managers, tho, are nice and you can talk to them but rarely anything changes. Also, you start at 16.30$ and after 600 hours, you're paid 16.63$. Yeah, save your time and get your money elsewhere

Common week schedule is between 50-80 hours during peak season (summer season with festivals for example), that’s almost 80% of the year that is busy. No compassion for overtime. Working almost every weekend and night really late is common due to nature of business. So, personal life is really hard to handle. It’s hard to fix issue because there’s no communication between departments. Also, budget is limited to realize unexpected project.

There are a lots of cons. You are not garanteed hours, sometimes your shifts can be taken away without any reasoning, and there is some favoritism, there are some periods where you will not get a lot of hours (15h/week). But, i find that there are a lot of cons, you get to see a lot of concerts, you meet people from a lot of departement. i think if you are interested in concerts and music this job is very interesting, as u learn a lot about the behind the scenes. 

People are nice and the environment is fun. However it's really hard to grow in this company and salaries are low. As it is in the entertainment industry, you are sometimes expected to work outside of normal hours (depending on your department).

I highly recommend working at Groupe CH. The culture is fantastic. There are opportunities for advancement and professional development. Represent some of the biggest brands in sports and entertainment.

Great coworkers with nice shared goals. Salary is quite low but alright for a part time job. Hours are okay but inconsistent as they are based with the events.

Great work place when there is no Covid of course. The employees are nice. The manager always do his best to help us. Fun activities outside of work. 

Exciting and challenging. A great sense of pride to be part of this team.  If you enjoy creating memories for fans and lthrive in a fast pace environment, this is definitely the place to build a career.
