We had a lot of work to do, but it was always fun learning about the other employee and rolling the sushi. Typically, we were two sushi chefs behind the sushi counter, and occasionally, we were alone. I learned many things while working with Mito Sushi. I learned how to cook the rice, how to prepare and roll the sushi, how thin to cut the sushi pieces. I also learned a bit about where sushi originally came from. Although the job was enjoyable, their was a lack in the management. The schedules were always wrong, and we had a lack of training. But that was the only downfall. It was always a happy day whenever I went to work. The hardest part of the job was remembering all the different types of sushi without looking on the ingredients page, and the most enjoyable part of the job was making the sushi trays people ordered. If you're a creative person, the sushi trays are so much fun!

Nice place to work, clam relaxing environment despite the demanding job. The management is great and they teach you what you need to know in a polite and helpful way. The hardest part of the job is the job, that sounds ambiguous but it's a very demanding job for the most part. The most enjoyable part of the job is getting to meet people and providing them with a quality product that you know you helped to prepare, and know that you made their lunch or dinner that much better.

Mito give me an opertunity to do the different type of position i never did before. Mostly this job is like kind of surviving job earn money for living. However i find this job also give me many new knowlege at bottem line customer services. i like communicate with person, also this job give me the chance to work in new country and new life for me .

U can never move up...director blocks u to move up in the company even if everyone else thinks ur great for the job.
People are over worked. Salary increase per year is 50 cents. U are not appreciated  or ever thanked for the work u do just criticized for the mistakes u rarely do. There is favoritism ..
I would never recommend a friend or an enemy to work for Mito sushi.

I've personally had a good experience working with with the company however I feel it doesn't pay proportionally well to the work that is expected . It can get very stressful at times and they do not have enough people.

Good company and staff are cool 
Clean place and sushis with several varieties are delicious and well done.

I am so grateful for the chance I had with Mito. I had started my carrier adventure here as an QC intern. It was very short period but I got a great offer just after one week of internship.
 
 

Working there was pretty fun. However, what I found quite hard was the cleanup in the afternoon. Other than that, making the sushis and talking to customers helped me learn a lot.

Very nice and easy, slow paced. U have to stand for long hours but sometimes you get free sushi and staff is very nice. Overall, it was a nice experience. 

Work with alot of friendly people. Helpful manager and supervisor. Fun place to work also with benefits.alot of deaprtment to work in.
