Since I support the COO of the company my days are unpredictable...everyday could be very different from the other.  We deal with all aspects of company from acquisitions, dispositions, property management, legal, leasing, etc.  As well I do take care of all his scheduling, travel, budgets and even personal items.  The co-works are great, I really enjoy working here but unfortunately my position in this company does not have longevity which is what I’m looking for.

very new building. nothing to do all day but take readings on all electrical and plumbing and air moving equipment. as well as boilers, chillers etc. a great deal of operators. 22 operators on 3 shifts. we were not allowed to work on anything, as all equipment in the building was under warranty. imagine 16 operators wandering around all day looking for some work to do during the shift. different people coming and going the, it was like a revolving door. one poor guy coudn't last
the week he left after 4 days.

The atmosphere was low stress and it was a good vibe in the office

Dealing with angry clients which was not often

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Fun vibe the culture was great. Good group to work with

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Answering calls from tenants, billing and filing as needed. Some update reports to send out

Typical building operator job with a lot of equipment to look after. You can be as busy or as bored as you want. There is a large crew of operators, many of which have been with the company for some time, somewhat limiting advancement opportunities. Management and team morale over the years has consistently improved after certain individuals have moved on.

The pay is better than most comparable jobs and the benefits are good/improving.

Easy work environment, pacing has slowed down from when building opened. pay and benefits are decent. career advancement opportunities would make it better. management could do a better job in leading and with all its members complacency is the real issue. still despite its flaws there are far worse places to work.

My employment was at The Bow tower. Learned a lot like customer service, technical stuff, and conflict resolution. Great teamwork. 

Lots of opportunity for growth profesionally and personally.

Needed to leave due to family matters but would love to work again there.

They have decent benefits and you can negotiate your pay if you're willing. There are some problematic issues with the upper management (micromanagement being a bit of a problem) but I think the people in administrative support roles make it a relatively good place to work. 

a bunch of miserable people just putting in their time by doing the absolute bare minimum. The work culture is cold and unfriendly. There is zero support because everyone is so insecure and afraid of someone else taking their job.

My day consists of receiving and shipping invoices, ensuring accurate data. This job has taught me attention to detail and making minimum mistakes with financial data. Good working place, I am sure my colleagues are glad to work with me too.

Good place to work, teamwork sometimes is questionable with supervisor

Management is great and helpful

Pay well and is a fun work environment with certain employees
