The work routine may have been repetitive most of the days however, I have learned to adapt to changes made at the work place, and  to work under pressure, or high demands, which may have been a challenge before. Then I improved over time and it helped me enhanced certain skills, such as: team management skills, organizational skills, and initiative skills. The most enjoyable part of the job is meeting the great people there, and working together to complete the tasks given.

This company operates in an unprofessional manner with its entire staff.
The personnel feels overworked and abused as a result of the treatment.
All equipment performs poorly due to operational stall shortages and a lack of no operational time for maintenance.
Their culture is solely based on production and favoritism.
Many employees in this awful workplace lose motivation and quit. 
They are handled miserable-like.
Has huge complaints in this place.

From my experience, most of the management was pretty rude and strict. Many employees had missing hours on their paystubs. Quite disorganized. Huge and sudden firing of staff, so there was little job security. A bit racist to minorities. Some staff was very nice to work with, but they also seemed frustrated with the stress of the work environment. Good pay.

All your education is of no use in this company. Though company has designed with due diligence but management likes to run it the way they have learnt. 



Amazing place to work for. Management has a great deal of knowledge and open door policy for discussion. Overall this is a fun energetic company that demonstrates the upmost professionalism while strongly focused on customers in the healthcare and hospitality sector.  

Good company to start with because of pay and things we can learn a lot. I learnt a lot about electrical, pneumatics, mechanical and about hydraulics.
on the other side, Not very good chance for growth, you can only grow if any of your senior quit and then you can apply for his/her position.

They are disorganized. No one seems to know what is going on, and no one listens to anyone. Top-down internal customer service is terrible, not to mention how external customers are treated. Everyone is flying by the seat of their pants, and is treated terribly.

If you are the type of person working in a very slow environment, it will be okay. It's not for me.

I like driving truck, but loading and unloading Linens (most of the time, the linens were not ready) Always waiting. 

Management needs to improve to make people move or hire more people.

experience at hls was quite different because people and staff there are quite helping but the environment is quite fast and demanding . also job security is less because they can fire anytime if the speed is less or any kind of mistake.
