Hanstone is a good company with a positive work environment and helpful team members. However, improvements in pay and local management organization would make it an even better workplace.

Relaxed environment with friendly people. I have the opportunity to work on interesting projects and learn new skills. HR puts together fun activities like raffles and bingo. They mail out cards for your birthday and work anniversary. Those personal touches make you feel like part of the team.  

Management is very inexperience especially in maintenance office. They will make anyone a supervisor with No experience and No industrial management certificate required.
Lack of communication with No  personality on how deal with people.

Not a terrible place to work but the company has been going downhill fast the past 2 years. Lots of layoffs as of late and lots of downtime when working, leads to boring and dragging days. Day to day job easy enough for pay only really working hard during cleans

Coworkers and the work was good. Very dirty environment, and odors. Silica dust was not good for me. Overall good place. Difficult at times to communicate because of language barriers with senior management

I would not advice working at this place.  Favoritism is prevalent, you're not valued and you'll be dealing with chemicals and dangerous machinery that is not reflected in your pay.

Very clean environment, expect the air you breathe. Most people are pleasant. Terrible work-life balance for operators. Manual labor everyday. Get ready for a lot of unnecessary drama. 

Always delivering delicious snacks and prizes to employees. Lots of pizza days and a wonderful holiday lunch. Did a great job handling the pandemic.  

They want you to work overtime, don't care if you have a life and are rude whenever you want time off.  If you want a thankless job, look no further!!
