Worked here after 8 years in the armed forces. I was initially excited about the prospect of working in a sales position environment with “unlimited” potential for earnings. It quickly became apparent that “unlimited” earnings potential was all going through one golden boy in the form of red hot leads or “easy sales”, whilst the remainder of the sales executives were forced to deal with extremely cold customers with little to no chance of making commission.

The site I worked at Grimsby is as corrupt a place I’ve ever worked. With the HR director even coming down to pick up the golden boys sales whilst he was away on holiday - you couldn’t make this up really. If you choose to work here at this particular site you need to accept that unless your willing to play the part of an unsuccessful sales executive then you will have no choice but to leave as you will only make £1,000 a month once they deduct their disgusting pay scheme.

There is not  a best part working within the company

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Over worked  expectations of answering calls in allotted time when others don’t 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
If your not in with the team leader you have no chance off  getting on

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Over worked, stressful left to your own devices which is ok but when issues non responsive from above no support

Not a great environment to work on honestly, a lot of clicking in the office, normal staff members think they’re managers.

The leadership is poor all the way up to area managers, no progression, you’re just another number to the company to be honest. 

A very stressful work environment, a lot of pressure on short calls although there is a lot of information to go through and input. Personally if I knew all this before I started I would never have bothered.

With different management and a whole new approach to the customer care side this could be a good place to work.

Atmosphere in our dealership is brilliant, a happy place to work.
Nothing is too much, they will always help when needed.

Poor training, HR prioritises protecting the company rather than the employees, managers are hypocrites and don’t let you order lunch because it smells and then order lunch themselves, everyone gossips about each other behind each other’s backs, classic call centre, like a bad low budget re-make of wolf of Wall Street.
Not worth it for the low pay in the slightest.

If you love alot of stress for minimum wage then Hartwell is your playingfield. No care for your well being during a pandemic. Let you go at the drop of a hat. No job security. They will say the contact centre is important but you soon find out that's not the case. 

Management stick together and unless you are best mates with them you get treated differently,  staff talk behind your back one minute then will act like your best friend.  Some staff act like they are management and think they can tell you what to do if you can put up with working hard whilst others do no work and dance around the office then this is the job for you.

Management is shocking. If your face doesn't fir you don't stand a chance. Your job won't be safe as the supervisor will get rid of you without a thorough.  Constant taking on of new staff and they don't last. If Management changed the call centre would be a great place to work.

Very strange working environment. Young manager friends with lots of girls in the office and ignored the rest. Really uncomfortable environment . Lots of playground almost bullying. Very judgemental and double standards no equal treatment for everyone

Enjoyed working here at first until they showed me I did not fit in with the popular girls. From then on was hard and stressful. Favouritism was obvious among management and staff as they were friends outside of work also
