Never being able to find the proper paperwork to fill out and not the best training

Very friendly no complaints at all with the company

Not stressed for the most part 
Everyone seemed to get along with each other 
The company was great and this was by far the best place that I worked

Worked with a great team, the staff I worked with were amazing and supportive to each other. I’m great full to the staff. I would have stayed however at the time you could only work in one healthcare facility and I chose an option with the opportunity to learn more skills. 

Heron Terrace is a great place to work. I really enjoyed my time there. Every day the routine is the same but you move around from unit to unit, getting to know all the residents in the home. Yes its a hard job at times because as much as you try not to get attached to residents it happens, when it comes to losing someone it can be very hard. I really did love my job.

Union setting however, union is in with management and is only there to collect their union dues. Worked with some great people who worked as a team but those team oriented people are far a few between here. Problem staff is just moved to a different unit instead of being dealt with. Anything but resident focused. Shame, best thing I did was leave here.

Got along great with staff and residents and their families. Management team were not nice. They do not do interview process fairly. They were not professional through my whole term of employment. Wouldn't recommend to a friend.

I loved my internship there, the people were awesome to be around.Everyone is down to earth and friendly. I would of loved to work there, but the office was full.

Short staffed everyday. You can’t get your work done therefore residents are neglected and the blame is put solely on the PSW who has 30 residents to tend to in on evening. 

I would not recommend this place of employment; Most of the staff are wonderful and caring; the workload is overwhelming and not a very supportive management team

difficult to deal withthe  management  who didnt care about the residents rights. cared for  residents  meals baths ckept them company cleaned  rooms
