This was once a great company, even a great family environment. The company will now breathe down your neck every second on the clock, they’ll watch you like a hawk, and they love pointing their fingers at you. It felt like I was harassed by management in most cases. 

Respect for staff has been a big issue .. Safety has and always will be at the bottom of their priority list-the butter is spread evenly with this one. Their on-call schedule is the worst, 1 week on and 1 week off, but be prepared to feel bad when they’re calling you on your week off and they need techs! When standing up for yourself about anything, they will somehow turn it around on you.

One of the supervisors is a snake. He’ll find reasons to make you look bad and in trouble. Management is very far from organized, always had us stressed out for their mistakes. When hired in the field and you hope to move into the office, managements goal is to make sure you stay in the field. Over the last 10 years not one person from the field has moved into office. Techs have tried really hard but the owner will tell you that there’s no opening in the office or you’re too valuable in the field. 

I would not recommend working here. Period.

When I first applied here I didn't expect much more than a regular 8 - 5 clock in - clock out work place. Boy, was I wrong. 

Everyday feels like a new adventure. Each home you go to is suffering from a different problem and you have to figure out new ways to solve them. 

On top of that, interacting with home owners and making sure you're doing everything you can to help them out is such a great feeling. 

The whole team is supportive of each other and they'll teach you everything you don't know. It really feels like you're hanging out with friends every time you're at work. 

I didn't realize it at first, but working at this job taught me so many hard and soft skills that I don't think I'd have the opportunity to learn anywhere else. Talking to homeowners after a property loss, managing your time and workflow, effectively placing drying equipment, and understanding the importance of water damage restoration are skills I will never forget.

I worked with Incredible for a very long time. 

When I started, I worked as a flood technician and worked my way up to a Lead Technician. I started without any knowledge or experience in the industry and the management took me under their wing and provided me with everything I needed to succeed in the job. 

They taught me everything about restoration and showed me how and why it is so important to put in 110% effort in to every job. None of the the construction companies I've worked at in the past have ever cared about the clients as much as Incredible. 

With every job there is drama in the work place and Incredible isn't immune to that. However, I will say that regardless of what was going on at the time, everyone worked hard to get the job done together. A lot of the people I met at Incredible are still good friends of mine to this day.

Was a good company to work for. Long hours, decent pay.  Sometimes there were 12 hour days, and lots of opportunity for overtime. I enjoyed working here. 

Each site is different and keeps your day interesting. Some jobs can be small floods but others can be huge apartment buildings with over 25 floors. 

They made sure safety was was a priority by providing safety gear (P.P.E.) for all workers and Timmys every Monday morning. They're not overly pushy but really believe in providing great work for the customer. For the most part, everything is organized and thought out so there's rarely confusion during work hours. 

One negative is that sometimes there aren't enough guys on your job which makes it a bit more difficult, but you'll always get recognized for your work. 

I would definitely recommend this company.

This is a difficult job and a tough industry by nature. clients are demanding, and rightfully so, they want to get back in their homes asap. The company management is very clear and explain to you the rules of the game, and give you everything you need to succeed

Reliable job, good steady pay, lots of overtime work. High standards for work but management is very supportive of you. They give you lots of opportunity to grow and lead.

Not good from my short time there.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Most time they promise full 8 hours and you end up only working 2-4 hrs . When you are paid hourly this sucks.

The staff at Incredible Restorations are amazing. It's a super friendly atmosphere where everyone is passionate about their jobs. The work place feels more like a family than an actual work place. 

Managers are motivating, patient, understanding and are invested in your growth.

I worked for Incredible Restorations for 3 years. I learned a lot from this job about water damage and fire damage restoration. Management is very knowledgeable and fair. Wage isn't bad and there's a lot of opportunity for overtime since floods happen all the time. I really loved what I did and the feeling of helping customers after a flood or fire and seeing their relief makes you feel really good.
