you are in good shape until he dislikes you and start a personal agenda to let you go. nobody will care how much you put or go through. The purpose of you is a resource to exhaust beyond limits to achieve the company goal with false promises of raises and compensations. Vacation is a dream.
the motto "ask us when you are stuck with anything more than 2 mins" is a myth, help will not be provided but sarcasm instead.
Chaotic cowboy style operations.

A typical day is simply doing and finishing assigned tasks.  
If there are urgent matters or reports needed, the management gives you ample time to think, review and finish the assigned task.
It's a family culture environment where everyone is being appreciated, valued and respected.  There is  no  "dragging the time" at Industra.   
It's always busy but always a "good busy" day.

Absolutely horrid place to work, zero respect for anyone, often asked to do things in an unsafe manner. No ppe provided. Management doesn't care as they're all in cahoots with each other. If you like being told you're useless and replaceable then this is the company to work for. Employees treat women disrespectfully, and care more about when there next beer will be. Management expects you to do their job for them and to supply the products needed to complete the job.

The (my way or highway) attitude with the director of operations .. long hours (11-12) a day in office

Fast paced.. not built for everyone

Exhaust yourself out until they let you go

A typical day involved fixing other employees mistakes, getting screamed at by supervisors, spending weeks trying to get paid correctly. Management I worked with was new to construction and didn’t know much about what was involved with doing a job. Was expected to work 7 days a week while they were behind schedule. Was lied to my face and shorted a week’s pay. 

alright place to work. pays well but still pretty young owners so they have trouble with management and keeping there employees. they need to be honest and hold there word when they say they will do something for there employees

Poorly managed company, young project managers profess to have more knowledge and experience than seasoned Field Leaders. Management says one thing then does the other. Very poor communication and professionalism.

These guys seem to do everything in house. Always learning something and always challenged! Learning civil construction and lots about building a water treatment plant. Definitely room for growth into a supervisor role.

Company is trying to grow but management and supervision does not have the experience in the field of work they are trying to grow in. Projects are suffering due to this.

There is never a shortage of work to be done. Very past paced and everyday is different. The people are extremely welcoming and everyone holds a high work ethic. Would definitely recommend working with Industra!
