My day starts by cleaning on some areas and doing rounds on what needs to be fix at the bldg!

This company only cares about money and not their employees. I worked for them for 5+ years bent over backwards working many 7 day weeks for them for them to shuffle me around then just never call me back. Mangement only comes around when there is big problems no mater how many times you warn them before had.  Many co workers get comfortable then do NOTHING.

The owners were good people. The supervisor will come once a month. Instead of chechking our work he just depend on the report on the other clesner. He's one sided. He doesnt listen to issues and concern. Some old cleaners act as if they are supervisor and report to the owner.

The work is not safe, they almost always arrange to replace someone.
The payment is low. At work when you are going to replace someone sometimes they don't even inform you.
Once I went to work for a place, I had already been there for a month and it was only the day before that I found out that I would no longer work the next day.
Because the person who was already there permanently would come back.

I enjoy working at  ingerv management,they are fair in treating employee,and my work place inveronment are good.co-worker are nice and helpful. tenants in condo are friendly and condo management is nice.
I am looking for another cleaner job because I want to work 7 to 8 hours a day,5 days a week. I am not available during Saturday and Sunday.
I am only working in Ingerv as Partime.4 hours a day.5 days a week. 

It is good for all types of people 
It provides wonderful job for all 
It is fun with work in this company 
And wonderful co workers .
It help to gain your experience and learn more information and training skills and experience when you work in and out buildings like condominium building.

you start your own time since there is no time in or time out. no supervisors. minimum wage to start and no benefits. no safety training, and the owner makes you sign papers even if you did not receive any safety training.

It was nice and good, however I learned a lot in my company.The management is very kind and it is a place where you will enjoy. Sometimes the hardest part of my job was vacuuming the floor. I really enjoyed cleaning because it helps a lot to support my family needs

Ingirve management  are and all the stupp.its a nice company to work with.but still need to improve something  like promply delivering supplies  need to be monitor or visit us from time to time.
