What is the best part of working at the company?
All the patients are very kind, nurses are very willing to help you get residents ready and put the patients in the wheelchair for you to do their hair.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
There is nothing stressful about working at this company.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very happy and out going.they set up decorations for every occasion. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I go get the resident from their room and bring them to the hair salon, and bring them back to their room . I can do about 5 to 10 clients a day.

very busy and even of busy must be helpful and polite to residents and family. I learned so much as I did three different jobs .Co workers just had to stay out of gossip.If a virus hit the centre then getting sick and lots of extra work.The best you meet very nice people and help ederly people.

All of it overall it was  great for my clinical experience

Not the company just ltc in general is stressful 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Pretty good every one was nice and helpful a couple of people were not very nice but it's a stressful job

I can say that I have been grateful for having given the chance  to work and be a family of Inglewoood Care Center.  For it was here that I regained my confidence in providing care to elderly residents. And given me to realize that getting old is a tough stage of a man. For in here you gonna be in need of other individuals to be of care to one’ s need .
 

Fellow care aides are fun and caring and nice to work with. If you are new there they will be supportive and helpful, on some units more so than others. Management is usually always available to talk to and encourage you to speak up when you need something. I felt very supported and made great friendships. Would recommend

I have learned to be more friendly with the people around. Support each other and work as a team. I love working with the folks everyday though there are tough times but I get through with it and just have a positive outlook towards life.

friendly ambiance all employee has a team work.happy place to work no pressure at all every one helping.
Every resident provide there care and most especially to make sure they are safe and happy with our service

Enjoyed working in Inglewood Care Centre but I had to stop working due to contract flipping and the distance. The parking is free and the management are friendly.

Working in Inglewood Care Centre is a good experience for me. It is a busy and competitive workplace. Sfaffs are friendly and they helped if you need them.
