It was a pretty decent job. Very mind numbing, so good if you dont want to have to deal with customer service and difficult processes. Was there for a year

Hours were very scattered and despite saying FT , there were weeks I was getting 1 shift a week- due to 'demand and the business's needs'
People were being hired and fired weekly "preparing for the rushes thatll happen" and then we are overstaffed/understaffed during those times and lied to about big orders that never happen

Coworkers kept it real and loved working with them. Like a typical company, the issues were with the supervisors and uppers.Despite saying they were open and welcoming,when you voiced your opinion,it never felt like it went anywhere.Even if it meant safety precautions. The main work room was always hot and stuffy and their only solution was to add more fans. It seemed like the only uppers who cared were some of the shift supervisors who started as regular staff
Mental health didnt seem to be taken seriously aside from- heres a company to talk to- . when mentioned specific issues,was seemingly blown off and not taken seriously
With C0V1D going on, their 6 ft rule apparently didnt count for the uppers- hugging and staying close to eachother. Also alot of secrets that they never tell the regular workers 
Like other reviewers said their heirarchy is messy. They told coworkers that an employee was fired BEFORE they were told themselves.Youd get fired for "talking back"

Almost 2 years with Inkbox. Let me list off the good and bad instead of a long story on why I gave Inkbox 2 stars. 

The good. 
- company was at its high during its earlier days, good communication, team management
-snacks (if they lasted) 
-in office lunch and learns (wish they happened more) 
-giving back to the community 

The bad
-everything went bad went the product started to really take off with the new product
-awful communication 
-messy/ unorganized office 
-bugs/rats
-lots of lying from management. I was in management and saw first head what they say to the Fulfillment team and what they really meant. 
-fired anyone who stood up for themselves and the team. Gave them no real reason. Lied to them. 
-training was messy 
-kept an employee who had complaints from female employees than promoted to supervisor

Inkbox has great online presence. Great morals, beliefs and stand up for plenty of communities and give back. Sadly once you get pass those doors, it becomes pretty cold.   

The job in itself isn't hard at all and you can listen to podcasts all day at work which is nice. The office is pretty cool. Great team and fun activities when COVID restrictions permitted it. 

The company switched employees from salary to hourly which makes it harder to have consistent hours and benefits. Management team is nice and seems to care about their employees. The hourly rate is competitive for a fulfillment job. 

Company culture is alright. It feels like sometimes they're trying too hard and missing the mark on the things that actually matter. HR seems pretty detached to what is happening  in the office because they WFH. Some people were fired for questionable reasons while I was there. Great job if you're just looking for employment as a fulfilment coordinator. If your hopes are to move up in the company, you might have to wait a long time since they seem to hire more from outside than within. 

I was with the company for two plus years. Unfair pay. You can be doing the same job or more and still get paid less than them.

Supervisors are unprofessional to the point where they’ve fired someone, told all the staff- but forgot to tell the person they fired. 

Constant promises of moving up in the company, but they never follow through. 

They hold stats above your head like a cookie on a string, you need meet quotas, but for what reason? There is no bonus for doing so. 

People get fired weekly, so you’re basically waiting for your time to come. 

Communication through the fulfilment line is lost, lots of discrepancies in quality control because no one is taught the same way. 

Those who train aren’t paid fairly, hence why they don’t care about teaching newcomers properly. 




At first the company is a blast to work for, free snacks, fun atmosphere, cool lunch and learns but then slowly you start to feel the dread. Majority of people do not enjoy working there so there is a constantly sorrow in the office. The in office Covid response was not sound and management would not listen to the workers. While fights were going on they presented to the rest of the company everything was okay. 
There’s no communication and no transparency. 

Sweatshop-like job. Reviews are accurate when it comes to how managers treat their staff. You will not learn new skills unless you count sticking plastic in a sealer a great trade. The hipster-like work environment makes it look like a fun place to work, but it's just a front for how meaningless you will feel in the line of duty. 

After passing my probation, I still didn't get a key fob in order to get in the building. Making excuses that they're "running low" or "it's only for salary-staff". Hence the feeling that you're not part of the company.

Owners wanted to be a big company but kept acting like a small one. Just decisions were not thought through, lack of communication, wanted you to be able to do more than what you got paid for. No room for growth, they did not appreciate receiving constructive criticism. They had fun parties and great benefits but after a while stopped supplying us with appreciation for our hard work.

Young company both in actuality and at heart. There are aspects that are good, like inclusivity, a cool product, some paid sick days and benefits. 
The bad: They need to show appreciation to employees. Pay them fairly. Being more honest. Actually getting to know employee's stories/situations rather than throwing a charcuterie plate on their doorstep and saying "we care". Wake up Inkbox, people don't care about superficial perks- it's time to roll up your HR sleeves and start working WITH employees, not against. 

Worked my butt off for these people and I got tossed aside like I didn’t do any extra work for them. In the end it’s a great temporary job if you are in between jobs. Just don’t expect anything good to come from it.

Innovation is the rule, as a market disruptor the company is committed to sales growth and scale. Constant tinkering with product market fit, operations can change from day to day.
