Unless you are good at reading faces, what you will hear when hired is everything you've been looking for in a job that let's you help people in your community, you will be very disappointing and misleading. It's always a guessing game on how many hours you will have which correlates to how many clients you get. Every client you work for are serviced 2hrs. Which means be prepared to drive all around the city and burn your gas to go to your next client after the 2hrs. are up and find time to eat something before your next client with a millage payed of more or less 0.35km.Your work days are 12 days straight the hours can be negotiated and every other weekend off. You MUST work the weekend you are scheduled. (That's a brief of what your work life will be)
As for the staff, you will hear this sentence a lot: "We don't have anyone else to cover that shift or to replace you on those days" So if your sick to bad your going in anyways and if you cancel your shift be prepared to hear that their policy is that you must get a Dr. note from your Dr. or a clinic for the next day. You will be lucky to have your weekend off with the shortage of staff their is at this company, unless you ignore their phone calls or shut your phone off you will get called to work on your weekend off.
If by any sort of bad luck you are about to be terminated, the manager is not the one to terminate you but rather the HR lady from Moncton that will do so and not very professionally or with respectable manners but rather to the point, cold, harsh and goodbye theirs the door, get out. As a previous employer at this company that is what I experienced and much more.
Please look into other similar home care companies that are truly caring of their employees as they are of their clients and keep this company as your absolute last resort.

I've never felt more used by an employer in my entire life. 
I was hired on the notion that I would be kept busy. That's was a joke.
I was given 2 consistent clients, only 26 hours over a two week period. Until one client went into the manor and I was down to 14 hours over two weeks. Until that client went into the hospital and I had no clients.
When you're hired, you're asked to fill out a paper stating your availability, what hours you're able to work. You're also asked to specify how far you will travel. If I ever got a call to fill a shift, it was either outside of my availability times, outside of my travel preference, or a last minute fill in where they expected me to drop everything and get there as soon as possible.
There is a huge lack of respect from the office staff to certain employees. I was asked to set my boundaries upon being hired, which I did, only to be constantly pressured to go outside of them in order to get a paycheck.
Not to mention the times I heard the two clients I did have went without care on days I wasn't scheduled to be anywhere and I did not receive any notification to fill those shifts.
Their scheduling is disorganized, their office staff are resentful and they lack empathy with the clients under their care.

Worked only about a handful of months during the peak of COVID... The interview process is easy and done in a positive setting, but that is to get you on board. 

Administration were friendly and helpful, but management... not so much. They will assign you challenging clients, even though they are aware of your background and skillset. I voiced my concerns to management, but they told me tough luck. 

As for the clients, it's hit or miss. You will end up looking forward to visiting certain homes once you get comfortable the client. Others, though, will be a struggle. Again, don't expect much support in the case of the latter. 

The salary is competitive and the schedule is doable (at least it was for me). If you are looking to gain experience and build on your skills, but I wouldn't want to work for them long-term.  

Worst company I ever worked for.  Managers are just terrible.  Very unprofessional, rude and disrespectful.  Company is only in it for the money.  They don't care about employees whatsoever.  Make schedulers hold back hours if they get mad at you for not wanting to go to a certain clients that are smokers, etc.  Never resolve any problems.  Just a horrendous place.  Would never recommend working there or being a client.  Ever!  I learned life is far too short to put up with that so moved on.  Hardest part of the job is management doesn't treat employees fairly or make them follow the rules.  So then it makes it very difficult for others.

They're very accommodating to where and how often you want to work, and what type of clients you want to have. I do wish they took suggestions from workers about clients, for example clients wanting to change their schedule but being afraid to call in. If you mentioned that a client needed a change they wouldn't do anything about it unless the client or clients family called themselves, but that's not always going to happen. 
PROS- Super flexible job, easy enough work, allowed to deny extra shifts without penalty.
CONS- A lot of traveling to clients, management doesn't always listen to your reports and they sometimes forget to inform clients if you can't make it.
Overall it was a positive experience my heart just wasn't in it.

Everybody in the office is so easy to talk to and they're so helpful with any need that you have.

Not knowing how many hours you will have from week to week makes it difficult to earn a steady income.

The work environment is one of mutual respect and the culture at the company is top notch!

My days were the very best! I'm sad to leave the company because I moved out of province. I wish they would set up a company here in Alberta!

The staff were absolutely the best , clients were amazing I couldn’t have worked for a better company .

I didn’t find the job stressful at all .

It was a great couldn’t complain about this company at all

Spending time with Clients making a change in their life . Keeping clients home for as long as possible and putting smiles on there faces.

Clients that I met over the 3 months were amazing....but integrity stands for quality of being honest, Not so in . Freddy office its a mess in that office  and they ..do not care for low income people

The way the pay is handed out is so behind, if you are paid twice a month, which is ok, but when the pay date falls on a Friday , make sure you have someone too pick up cheque or wait too Monday, because office staff leaves at 1 pm ...what a joke, as a business you should make sure all your employees get paid, 

The company is so far behind, 
Never seen such a unorganized much of office coordinator & managers if my life,  blaming others if they mess up.

I enjoyed the job very much. Worked here almost 4 months with only a few small issues with the client coordinator. My client loved me and we got along great. Wake up one morning to a dismissal. No warning and no notice that there was any problem. Asked for clarity and got lies. 
Even had a few clients unhappy with the office staff and said the coordinator is unprofessional.

Setting your own schedule. Getting to know lots of people. Feel like your visiting family 🥰

Worrying about my car while driving to clients houses. Something medically happening while in my care.

Care in the clients home. It's like your visiting your grandparents

Usually busy non stressful days
