The teams I worked with were very helpful getting me up to speed and respected the knowledge I brought to their process.

I was on multiple projects for various implementations across  the United States, and sometimes the timelines were very aggressive (driven by the customer) and Intelerad allowed the customer to move the finish line for projects, as well as change the scope of product deployment.

Working in a live environment with clients in several international locations providing solutions to their services requests.
Working with different teams to provide solutions.
Ensure proper follow up with clients and confirm problem resolution.
Reverse engineering when necessary to replicate, fix or escalate issues to other teams.

I was laid off after 6 years. There were a lot of lay offs. I don't know how the culture is anymore. No one felt like the upper management cared about the employees and their work life balance.

Typical day would be going over network infra and design, projects for migrations and upgrades, too slow to do any changes.
Management are not decisive and no vision for future thinking or innovations.
Working lot of hours and not compensated.

Smart people
You learn a lot on how support the applications.  
Very nerdy environment if you are part of that caliber. 
Great for anyone wanting to go opensource.

In a typical day of work you are allowed to research for new technologies and applies to you assigned task, however you should be able to finish your task ontime

they ask for many hours of overtime without pay,
they have very unrealistic expectations,
there is no training and they do not consider time for a learning curve,
unfriendly behaviors,


This is probably the most unfriendly place I have worked in my life. People are fake they really are there for themselves. They will try to sell you a friendly environment but it is all words..

Intense with significant change due to m&a. Healthcare is great field to be in. Acquistions made it hard to integrate changes while maintaining customer satisfaction and quality.

Changed a lot after the pandemic so do not know how it is at this moment. Sales has priority over everything else. Management is American now, before was Canadian
