I have worked in the Nuclear Medicine industry my entire life and working at Isologic has been the highlight of my career!  It has been a magnificent place to get established and advance my potential.

The staff work hard around the clock to deliver life changing and life saving radiopharmaceuticals while meeting very strict and extremely time sensitive schedules (normally within minutes!) to meet their customers requests and deliver the highest quality and most dependable radiopharmaceutical that exists.  They are a trusted quality partner to hospital Nuclear Medicine departments and clinics across Canada.

The collaboration and synergies amongst the different departments and facilities are unparalleled.   

It has been the most rewarding place I have ever worked at!  I am also very proud to consider my teammates and collogues some of the smartest and best people I've ever met!

After being part of the team for 3 years, I can confidently say that Isologic has been by far the best company that I have ever worked for throughout my career. In my role at Isologic, I lead a dynamic and people-focused commercial team in a fast-paced and competitive market. My role is both empowering and rewarding, as I work closely with cross-functional teams to drive strategic growth, enhance customer relationships, and navigate the complexities of the radiopharmaceutical industry. Managing a talented team, I thrive on developing innovative solutions that deliver value to customers and patients while fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture and recognizing the importance of work-life balance, ensuring that both my team and I maintain a healthy equilibrium between professional excellence and personal well-being. 

-Graveyard shift (12-830 am), a lot to learn and grow but all self-dependent and only when they decide they want you to start learning, could be within first 3, 6 or 12 months of being there.
- Definitely played favoritism on some employees who have been there longer, newer employees they couldn't care less about. 
- Fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
- They try to save money on important items needed to get the job done on time, and then complain if we miss deadlines. 
- salary is alright, could be better considering its night shift and a radioactive environment. (no night shift premium)

What is the best part of working at the company?
Great team work culture. Everyone looks out for each other. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The work hours. Early morning and night shifts.
Also, high stress to perform as your  work is crucial to patient wellbeing

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Good. Team work is great. Also management tries their best to accommodate to employee requests. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
In early, straight to work, very little time for chitchat. Day can turn from peaceful to hectic with one bad product batch but everyone works as a team to get the work done.

No job security at all. You never no from one hour to the next if you'll have a job by days end. Managers arent good to work for terrible ppl! Driver supervisors very unprofessional.

If you show that you are motivated, they will stick you on whatever shift they want so the less motivated people get the easy shifts. Be prepared to drive in all weather in poorly maintained vehicles and lifting heavy. Managers are nice until they have to do something then its on you. Have a gps or google maps ready, they will put you on a run you dont know with no training and some people wont help. find the right clique if you want to do well.

Scheduling and monitoring daily routes and timings of the drivers. 

Keeping staff energized and motivate to deliver their best

Always meeting the deadlines in spite of obstacles related to weather or vehicle breakdown by having backup plans in place

Challenges excite me leading me to learn new solutions to each issue that crops up

Seeing the organisation achieve its targets is the most rewarding part of the role

Lack of training, equipment and safety equipment has produced and extremely unsafe, unprofessional, complacent workspace. No proper direction given by management and supervisors. They control the environment through fear tactics around employees job security. Fails to pay OT & will deduct break time not taken.
