What is the best part of working at the company?
Nothing, the hours suck. You do days and nights In the same week 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Not stressful but not fun at all. Long 12 hour shift with lack of diversity 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Long not well managed at all and they don’t care about the employees

Awful management. Demeaning and promise you things and then refuse them. And threaten your job if you bring it up. Working overtime and not being paid. 

HR manager wasn't helpful when issues arise. And no planning for new employees. 

Many great people who work there, but management in finance needs to be reviewed. 

Good benefits. Good pay. Dirty workplace. 

Working on any break down to avoid delays and trying to meet production targets . I learn a lot  to work as a team and working to meet company standards. Management is so good when dealing with employees and always there to solve problems and making sure all are happy. Not sure of the hardest part. working as a team.

Good place to work, heavy and hot work for the most part. Employees are great to work with. Management is shortsighted when employees report a problem, and typically do not act until there is a significant breakdown.

Incompetence employees and managers, No support for new employees, Managers don’t listen to the new employees, Worst place, no safety place
No respect, No collaboration work, the old employees share the information just between them. 


Electrically there is much to know or learn in the plant. With a wide variety instrumentation, voltages, and troubleshooting. It’s a harsh environment for workers and electrical equipment. 

Pros - good benefits 

Cons- upper management (controller and assistant controller) are very hard to work with. Alot of pressure on you and belittle you. Don't show you how to do new things you've been trained on once or less. Lots of turnover. 

Very stressful place and there is no security for the job. Always lay off the workers.
The company is bankrupt and American company is owner.
dangerous place with full of carbon dust in the air

A lot of incompetence and bad behavior by union employees. The management was mostly union before so everything seems biased. Good pay and good potential if only they know how to diagnose anything 

Good salary
Great experience for someone looking to advance their industrial electrician background 
Fast paced never dull work environment 
Excellent career opportunity for any electrician
