Very hostile, none of the mechanics like working with the apprentices

Spend half the day trying to fix the equipment

Nothing at all. Place is a joke

The company is a joke they say one thing and won't different

I can't stress this enough do not work here

You show up you work and it's not good enough

Not nice equipment, in shop a lot.  Not safe. Cheap and hate fixing.  Shop chaos unorganized badly.  Nobody act happy.  Not good training for big waste trailers so dangerous and also broken alot.  .  Big turnover of people.  .Owners cheap so if work here don't complain, drivers  cattle like usual.  Friendly at first is fake.  Same old stuff.  Don't bother.  

Overall a good company, good people, good equipment. No actual complaints about the company itself. They have good relations with many of the greenhouse companies in the area for additional work.

The equipment is garbage, management and ownership are garbage, the trucks and trailers are falling apart, and they will tell you that they haul "goods"...well, they haul garbage. Worst place I've ever worked, stay away. 

Everyday truck or trailer had to go to shop for safety issues. They are a very cheap company to work for. Overall the equipment  is junk and unsafe for the road. The lack of training for anyone who has never haul trash.

I don't know what to say more then its all about making money the owners, they dont care one bit about their drivers, there is so much in fighting amongst the family it will drive you nuts. 
All I can say is run away as fast as you can.

Been here for 8 months like my job can be hectic but, like most companies it happens. Upper management is understanding and treats you with respect all you can ask for.

Worked here for 10 years and I am still Happy I do! Management has always taken care of its staff and worked with us to solve problems. Great Dispatch and good equipment.
