Money is all good, lots of praise at the beginning then the money you make is hung over your head and constant threats of losing your job.

Company is overly micromanaged and fellow managers are always looking to throw you under the bus to make themselves look like they know what there doing. 

On top of all of this when you are let go they bad mouth you to any and all employers when you try to use them as a reference. even when you made the company and work place a better place then it was when you started. 

Worst job I’ve ever done and biggest mistake I’ve ever made taking the position. No amount of money was worth the 12-18 hour days, lack of respect, the belittling, the shear lack of support.

Day consists of: cold calls, updating online profile, industry research, maintaining and developing client relations, presentations and/or meetings with clients, daily shop floor touring (keeps everyone informed on whats going on, shows team full process, from conception to completion).

Management and executive team take an active role in the business, everyone is friendly, willing to help, and able to answer any questions. 

Best part of the job is the definitely the people and, obviously the pay, benefits, and vacation don't hurt either.

There's no team work in this place. Management expects perfection out of workers. You are not allowed to make a mistake ever. This place is fast paced. There's no training and you're expected to be an expert to do the work there, even if previously stated during the interview that your knowledge base is not that high. I couldn't learn anything because the workers keep their knowledge to themselves. People are closed off (with the exception of a few). I should have believed their reviews before applying there rather than just walking in through the front door. My fault.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The opperators that work there are nice for the most part.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The air inside the building will give you breathing problems and they will only offer medical masks when respirators are called for in the sds.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The work environment is hazardous at best and the culture varies depending on job.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Work as fast as the michine will go and it still wont be fast enough.

Started by checking Emails, daily meeting with other departments, and ended by daily progress report.
I learnt a lot about management, making balance of time quality and budget. 
Our management was very skilled and powerful and the workplace was fun. 
The hardest part of the job is to make the customer happy, and the most enjoyable part of the job was pay day.

7.5 hour work days/37.5 hour weeks. 
So if there is any overtime, it's not worth it to waste a Saturday. 
No room for advancement. 
Management runs things the exact same way that they did 50 years ago. 
And are NOT willing to make any progressive changes. 
They're stuck. 
Turnover is incredible. 
That place is a nightmare.

The guys you work with are decent

Work and work till they let you go after 3 months

typical day consists of getting work orders and then finding correct material and then cutting or preparing material. co-workers and very helpful, hardest part of the job is fighting for the use of the crane, most enjoyable part of the job is seeing the finished product go out the doors.

JEBCO is a fantastic company to work for, everyone who works there is relatively pleasant and they are extremely helpful when learning the job. I have no complaints whatsoever about JEBCO.
