I like this work place due to generosity and friendly attitude of the officials. A supportive friendly environment is another positive characteristic of the company. The most enjoyable part to me is meeting a multicultural people and maintaining a good understanding with them.    I have learnt how to maintain a chain work, how to work under pressure. meeting deadlines and handling multitasks.

From what I remember work started at like 7AM, the factory was super dusty and loud, 30min lunch break and most of all extremely repetitive. You get assigned one job for example sewing the middle seam of a jacket lining and that one single seam is all you do all day long every day. 

In the department where I work with, the environment is very nice. Most of the workers are friendly. The supervisor always greet everyone and have long patience.

The work is not easy and need so much patience in dealing people and you must be a quick worker and thinker at the same time. I can recommend it to those who wants to work in the factory just within the city.

It's a little bit stressful when your supervisor shouts at you because you didn't hear exactly what are they asking you to do. But it's fun, It's nice to experience working there.

Working there was okay. I learned that everyone is different. The management was good. The job was easy. It was not hard. The most enjoyable part is going home lol Really enjoyed that part

Management takes advantage  of its employees.
Not enough employees to complete  the work during the normal work day hours. Unpaid overtime expected.



Horrible company to work for, I would never refer anyone. 
The men are highly compensated and the women are under paid. The general manager is a non-educated psycho and bullies and yells at everyone.
Worst company I ever worked for...

Fun to learn about menswear, day full of learning and adjusting. Harder for a woman to try to move up in the company as it is more male dominated. Good benefits.

I like being a part of Jack victor. The environment is very friendly, the bosses are good. Overall I had a wonderful experience working in Jack victor.
