Any given day I noticed that this workplace defines the person you want to be . I learned a lot from being a barista at a cafe knowing only about coffee and food with little computer skills to being a vocal leader among my colleagues about how to get the job done .

Learning SQL / PYTHON
Alot of calls coming in and we have to deal with the problems they have and fix it in a timely manner using SQL/ or fundamentals of the job

Management is awesome here, they know our flaws and they will advise us with weekly meeting to discuss our flaws

Most enjoyable is that i learn SQL with no background with computers

Technical support position was a great start in a great company and the opportunity to move up is very available every few month

During a typical work week, one of my biggest tasks is checking in on my staff and assessing progress on various projects. I have learns Vision retail merchandising applications as well as Oracle database.

Overall, an excellent place to work. Strong leadership and fun environment. The only drawback was that the product that had been developed and the the product that was being pitched to the market was not best of breed. Overpriced and a very difficult sell.

There is a lot of experience and things to learn but unfortunately the company lakes of organization. everyone is doing a lot of things and he doesn't have time to shadow newcomers

Avoid at all cost.

French language completely not used, even though it's a Quebec company.

Constant games and threats of being fired.

Company is not profitable and their technology is antiquated.
