Typical day

I was left to my daily duty, and also my site duty was on call.

I learn how to do advance position job, multi job position.

You could see that management was young at managing big project and had a harder time to understand a proper job culture and shared it with the employee

The co-workers was great for most of them since we mostly met and work together from a previous employer. Easily 85% of the staff was coming from this previous employee

Hardest part of the job was assuming my boss position when he was away and my duty at the same time

The most enjoyable part of it was the area we were working at. The surrounding and the after work was a real pleasure to be there

Great close knit group. No drama, just work. Great management team. 
Hardworking team players.

Least stressful place I’ve worked

Easy going culture, helpful polite foreman’s. Organized and productive culture 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Tail board meeting, crews designated to certain areas on the job site, team work is way above most places.

Bosses the organization of the projects awesome safety culture

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Not missing plane flights getting proper connections

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Awesome safety comes first second and last

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
It's great I'm left alone to do what I've been instructed to do no pressure work safe

the people you work with and the places you see

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
I haven't came across anything very stressful, everyone is a team player

great work environment, awesome culture

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
wake up, drive to site, have our morning meeting, come up with game plan and then get to work

Had some good ol' days up there in mez, some days went by slow others were fast, depending on how hard you'd apply yourself. 
Too many chiefs & not enough indians in my opinion. meaning too much bosses dishing out orders and held too much authority. 
co workers were what made it a blast.

unsafe work environment and low wages

the management and very hard physical lanour

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
the company does not care about its employees physical health and there union is very beneficial for the company and not the workers

Dent Construction is a well established company. Management and supervisors were always on the ball making sure the project was rolling smoothly. Well flexible with needed personal time + extra work if one wanted. Always learning something new, working with the crew. The crew was always fun to work with, easy to get along with.  

Really great crews. Work is interesting and a continual learning curve. 
The thing that really stands out for me (new to the company) is there are numerous workers who have been with this company for many years, that speaks volumes in the construction industry

Each day starts with a daily safety meeting and review of the daily tasks. Daily pass was very quick and needed to be able to make quick decisions. Management  always available to help and support when the time came. Being part of a large project to bring green energy is my most enjoyable part to of the job.

Unprofessional, unethical, very poor management in the safety and traffic departments. This company has alot of problems with worksafe and a high turnover. Dont waste your time here.
