I've been working with JoeyCo over the past 2 years, and have enjoyed every bit of it. Each day brings you something different, you could be delivering flowers one minute the next you could be picking up a Coffee Run for a local office. Definetly better than having to constantly deliver food all day.

In all honesty, doesn't matter what company your choose to work for- Your efforts and attitude will be the only factors which dictate what you will earn....and I've been more than satisfied for the past 2 years.

The Joey Support Group is an amazing way to keep in contact with Dispatch, it's a blessing to have an actual person to talk to when your face a challenge with an order. Management is okay, no complaints- have always been fair. 

The most difficult aspect would be the challenges you face with the app at times, but slowly over the past year things have very much improved. 

All in all, I've had a great time working with the company. Over the past 2 year I have been able to work flexible hours with JoeyCo which has enable me to work on my personal project, mostly Photography. I've build a great network of people that I have had the opportunity to meet as well. Come April, I'll be reducing my hours and will be focusing full time on photography. It's great to know when business slows down for me,  I can simply turn my app back on, and hop to it!

worked as an Operations Supervisor at [Company Name] and had a valuable experience overall. The company provided a fast-paced and challenging environment where I was able to develop my leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills. I was responsible for supervising production teams, ensuring daily targets were met, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Management was supportive and open to ideas, and I had the opportunity to implement process improvements that helped reduce downtime and improve team efficiency. Cross-functional collaboration with other departments like quality and maintenance was a regular part of the role, which helped me grow professionally.

I have never experience such poor management. Absolute lack of diversity. Put it like this, if you’re not Indian, they would treat you like a peasant, they will gossip behind your back, they will make you work more than them, they will tell you lies about getting raises. If you’re looking for a job that lowers your pay, Joeyco is for you. I’m so disgusted on how they treat people that are not from the same culture as them. They also don’t care about how they deal with the amazon packages. I seen many packages get thrown aggressively into the racks, tv broken because of not being careful, etc. Just a very toxic/unhealthy environment.

Management? Trash.
Pay? Never the correct amount and always delayed.
Workload? You only get paid for the route, no consideration of construction or traffic so you only get paid how much they calculate the route should be paid. Very hard situation to be in when they expect you to deliver 120 Packages in 7 hours and any over time is on you.
Organization? Problems every single morning with the routes, many glitches in their application, very sloppy environment, the list goes on.
Job is very easy but not worth the stress and consistent lack of management involved. You're basically always chasing your money with these people.

This so called Canadian company outsources anything they can to Pakistan. Your boozer delivery is coming at the cost of Canadian jobs. Overweight, extra distance, delays etc are supposed to be compensated but instead of the system doing it, you have to beg for every penny. And then most claims are ignored or denied. Expect to earn less than minimum wage. They don't seem to be in control of anything and things that should be coded are managed by people and that comes at a cost to you in terms of time and stress. Everything is a "glitch". They really love that word, in fact some of the fake reviews here use it too

All you can expect from this company is bull ...wen you ask for someone help no one will help they don’t care about the people all they focus on is making $$$$ and making it in all the possible ways even if it means to over work there staff as for the clients this company doesn’t even have a good costumer service in place and don’t seem like they are willing to put the time in to updating the phone numbers for it to WORKING THERE WAS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE IN MY LIFE 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

JoeyCo's hires by saying they will pay 18/hr. But they actually pay by their own calculations which makes it around 14/ Hr. Employees mostly keep complaining about getting wrongly paid. Finance have mostly wrong or no record of Employees work hours. Paycheck are delayed. After hectic work they want you to calculate your payments and frustrate you by not responding to your complaints timely. Total waste of time.

They wont pay you. They wont give you any papers to prove you are working. Eventually they fire you because their constant screw ups result in a loss of revenue, and they lie on your forms so you cant even go onto E.I. Also the manager touched me on my lower back and butt (im a dude).

I worked 2 weeks in Ottawa for this company was not worth my time. Had to use our own phones to scan items, nobody talked English and for the amount of items coming in (last trailer @ 5am) to sort and scan it was hectic . If you weren't friends with management your not going anywhere and they don't believe in the 2 meter bubble in this time of covid 
NOT WORTH 14.25 a hr

From the day I been working with JoeyCo, it's been a Rollercoaster ride with lot of ups and down but all in all been a amazing experience so far. Best part of this is the people I have been working with, all of them supportive of each other at all times.
