Worked part time for most of the year, learned that a lot of the other employees dont like it there and would leave if they were offered a better job. when i got put onto full time i was pretty much adjusted and was good till they rotated the shifts from nights to days and that killed me it was ok for awhile but the two week roation took its toll on my mental health and i was getting sleep deprived on the days and not being able to sleep on nights it was a bad system. The management was ok but i think what ended my carrier there was that me and one of the supervisors didnt get along, this person was always looking for something bad to happen. the pay was good for the work you did, the people were nice they gave me the inside track on how the factory worked and what alot of what the other reviews got alot right if you need money right away this place is pretty good for that but dont stay there you will just end up hurting yourself its a slow suicide, on a side note about the ventilation since you work really hard and you breathe in the metal particles your throat gets dry really quick and the water stations that they provide dont hit the spot so when you are drinking water normally you could chug a litres of water before you realise that you are doing that

Worked at KTH for a few months during the beginning of Covid and the expectations for production was close to robotic. Any down time resulted in mandatory extra time to try and make up for it. Even working at a continuous fast pace wasn't enough. There are several workers that seem to think that they're above all else. I was assaulted twice by the same individual and HR ignored the first incident. HR thought the appropriate response for the second incident was just to move the person to a different line. Would strongly suggest avoiding working here unless you are desperate for money.

Great employees.  Good teamwork atmosphere

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Shift work, wearing white uniforms as with Honda that get filthy very quickly. Bump caps are annoying but mandatory

Every day is different. Some quiet doing preventative maintenance, others busy with breakdowns in press

Its an ok place to work, lots of benefits offered though. Not much options for growth & education. And alot of work

The rotating shifts are hard to maintain while having a personal life

Mix multitude, very diverse, men and women, some disabled people as well

Another day at work, hard labor, short breaks, not long enough breaks for the type of work

A typical work day would consist of various challenges that could possibly have major impact on a global perspective. The most challenging part of the job was dealing with extreme temperatures and working in a dusty environment. The most rewarding part of the job was a sense of responsibility to consumers regarding safety. Everyone worked well as a team and the management was receptive to new ideas and constantly had contests and competitions as an incentive for employees to reaach company's standards.

Work itself is fine, job itself is fine. Management doesn’t care about you, they’ll just pile on extra work onto you when you have other things you need to focus on and work on. 
Colleagues are decent, colleagues will support and help you. 
But the management is becoming a joke, whenever possible they’ll just throw you under the bus and your just a number to them, at the end of the day. 
I enjoy my job, but I don’t enjoy the politics and the complete lack of regard from management for their employees. 

Management doesn't care about anyone, unless you work fast. Then they treat you well because you are making so many parts. You get written up if you call in more than 3 times. Their wages are fine but not much room for advancement. Teams can be nice but there are some really rude people. Team leads weren't very nice, either. I was miserable going into work everyday, and it broke my body from the work. They simply don't care about employee wellbeing or helping you when it comes to issues in the workplace. 

workplace is easily adaptable but you need to always move fast, management likes to try and hold onto temps for sometimes a few years and just keep them as temps in order to pay less but don't intend on hiring them there fore i would not recommend this job to anyone i care about because it is not a stable job its more so meant for temporary settlement.

I’d go to work Saturdays to be there at 6 am just for them to say “ no work today “ when it clearly stated on the work schedule that I am. Friends have also been in this situation such as myself. In 
       conclusion it pays well as a student but the hours aren’t good during weekends, since it’s mandatory every Saturday it becomes a hassle when you go to work early and there is no work. Lack of communication
