started day at 615 am with cleaners and went about my day taking readings of equipment tending to maintenance issues in units seeing the people who live there and chitchatting a few minutes here and there. checking on building lights and other issues as they arrive.
making cure unit turnovers are done to my standards and staying on top of rentals and helping to show units when necessary. calling other maintenance workers off site if something I cant do and seeing and ordering parts as necessary. seeing security at 10pm on my nite to work as well.
I have learned a lot in my time with company and created great friendships with tenants and some staff.

Kaneff creates a positive and productive workplace environment. There is always something new to learn as I have the ability to work with multiple departments and across all stages of projects. While the job is often demanding, I am provided the resources and support I need. Employees are encouraged to collaborate with colleagues, upper management and owners, who are all very involved in the day-to-day of all portions of the company. At a recent site visit, I witnessed the Owner shake the hands of the trade workers in the vicinity and thank them for their efforts. 

Great company to learn and grow. Kaneff supports their employees. The support from the ownership, leadership and management team has been amazing. Awesome managers and directors. Always pushes you to give your best. Constant and honest feedback is given during your annual performance review. You also get a bonus at the end of the year, if your performance review goes well. Everyone gets treated like a family and I would not hesitate to refer anyone to this amazing company.

The company is family-oriented, run by three independent owners a mother and her two daughters who foster a respectful and supportive work environment. I genuinely enjoy coming to work every day.

The most challenging part of the job is dealing with tenants, but it’s an expected part of the role. Overall, this is a great place to work if you’re looking for a company that values dedication and provides a positive workplace culture.

They done trust their employees. micro management. expect you to work extra hours without extra pay. everything is emergency to them. no work life balance and should be available 24/7 no matter how small the issue might be, you will be disturbed. reduced outs to staff without their knowledge by getting them signed on contract. typically you will be working 10-12 hours per day and get paid for 7 hours.

No support from management, non stop work. If you don't take your work home with you everyday/weekend you will never be able to manage, and even with that you barely get by.
This company does not value its employees.
They demand them to be constantly available, it's disgusting.
Also if you submit expenses, be prepared to wait a month or more to be paid back.
Worst company I've ever worked for, period.

Ownership is very inspiring and their daughters are humble and very personable. They demand results, but it is reasonable and they recognize professionalism and when you are doing a good job. Management however is extremely disorganized and will ruin this company's future. Look to this company as a last result or if there is a change in department leadership.

I've been with Kaneff for 6 months now, and quite excited for what the future holds, personally and professionally. Kaneff's senior leadership team listens to ideas, supports your vision, all while leading by example. The company is growing, which is an obvious sign for growth potential, future opportunities, and job security.
