This place is a wonderful learning work place and but they are not giving those who deserve it what they deserve even though the workers are loyal. I personally know valentine a hard worker in the company holds certain areas of the place together and I don’t know what he gets in return but I know what he does and how he treats the companies and people he comes in contact with eye doesn’t get enough! I would like to recruit him to our business for a salary he would be happy with but is still not worth his time and he is still loyal! A company is as good as they treat their greatest asset! I will approve of them when they see what they have in front of them and compensate those who are obvious for their dedication and loyalty to the companies success. Over all the company is top ten when the treat the employees as such 

•	Maintained relationships with shipping vendors, processed claims, produced daily shipping labels
•	Generated daily purchase order files to drop-ship vendors to fulfill customer orders
•	Maintain the customer inventory. 
•	Followed procurement procedures for shipping materials and warehouse needs
•	Ensured quality control of all products is upheld
•	Coordinated inbound and outbound logistics services efficiently and served as liaison between staff and supported personnel to improve effectiveness of support activities
•	Maintaining Food and chemical stock locations to make sure stored according to regulation and warehouse policy.
•	Record warehouse maintenance like forklifts, reach trucks and more.
•	Inspect daily warehouse activities, shipping, receiving paper works and more.
•	Ensure all employees get the adequate training of staff.

Gave quality customer service each day by interacting on a daily basis with customers and vendors scheduling appointments for incoming and outgoing products.
Verify and maintain documents for the outgoing shipments.
Entering data for all incoming products to maintain the inventory. Prepare packing lists, shipping labels, bills of lading and coordinates export documentation. 
It was nice getting to interact with the people in the office, the receivers, the manufacturing people and the truck drivers.
The hardest part was having a full appointment day and trying to fit one more appointment in.

Worked there for a bout a year, and it could be nice and quiet some days. However most days were very stressful due to a foul-mouthed supervisor and disconnected manager.  Combine this with a VERY poorly designed warehouse environment led to constant product damage and painful clean-ups. DO not drive a reach truck here, you will fail. Picture driving giant water balloons around with a reach truck. 

I normally don’t do this but for the sake of an innocent soul that might apply to this horrible company I’ll list what they did to me: 

A supervisor who wastes your time

Someone who doesn’t greet or acknowledge staff

Someone who values office people and looks down on warehouse staff

A quick hire, quick fire environment

Using “client cancelled orders” as a lazy excuse. 

Their  supervisor is the worst and looks down on warehouse employees. 

The management is highly toxic, very poor work culture! You are definitely not appreciated or respected for the work you do! They go out of their way to not pay you or suspend you for any minor infraction they see fit!! Constant back stabbing and disparaging and harassment by management towards the employee's, HR will leak confidential information to management!! I would not recommend working there!!

fast paced, one on one with clients, organzation and double checking materials for shipping. i gained experience which gave me opportunity to teach others my knowledge in the task at hand. co-works were very pleasant to work with. my hardest part at work was finishing early, and the quality of organization is my best quality it makes my workplace very enjoyable to work in.

Then pay was good and payed out weekly

The management team. Very abusive

Extremely toxic and demeaning

Toxic at best. There was never a kind word said to the employees

Very poor management at katoen nati,  supervisor are weird and not competent.  Not respectful environment.  Favoritism over,  no one is happy with the payment and benefits.. not recommended for your peace of mind. 

Unmatched experience. You litrally learn something new everyday. Great management team 
(they listen and actually care). Diverse work force and everyone is treated fairly.. I feel very lucky to land this job.
