Kelowna Kia has a conglomerate of great staff and good managers. This is a highly competitive dealership with lots of spiffs and team spirit. If you enjoy sports and group culture, this would be a great choice to begin your career in the automotive industry. Working with the General Manager, General Sales Manager and Sales Manager has been a great experience. The majority of the employees have maintained their tenure and consistently achieve their goals. Marketing is high paced here and the team is easy to work with!

Challenging but fulfilling work day filled with talking with customers, finding out their needs and delivering vehicles. 

After 4 years of working here, no day is the same as the last.  After new management in 2019, the culture has been about teamwork and customer satisfaction.

Everyday we work hard but also make some time for fun activities. The team feels like a family and we all help each other succeed. Management is always available to support you and reach your goals. Hard work gets rewarded with one of the best pay plans I have had in the auto sales industry with lots of potential to earn a little extra above commision.

Very disrespectful. Made to feel unappreciated and extremely stressed. Upper management puts very high expectations on the mangers, but when you ask for help and support, it’s “ that’s why we hired you, figure it out”. No support from upper management. 

Stay far away from this employer.  Constant payroll errors that went unaddressed. High turnover. Obvious favouritism for a couple technicians while everyone else gets shafted.  Management treats employees like garbage unless you’re kissing their a__. 

Its been a blast to work here, lots of fun to be a part of this team.  I feel the Owner/Management team really cares about each of their employees and goes out of there way to ensure each of their employees...

Came into Kia with zero expierence and became successful at my job title in less then 2 months. With the KOT AUTO GROUP you have so much room to grow!  I still wake up happy and excited to go to work!

Great place to work, competitive pay structure and a great overall atmosphere. 
Managers want you to work hard but rewarding and also understanding.
Coworkers are what makes this place so great. 

Every day there are lots of smiles going around the dealership. We have fun as much as possible. Management is very supportive. Everyone works together.
