•	Worked with Site Superintendent and supervised sub-contractors and trades 
•	Inspected job site on daily basis, identified health and safety issues, monitored activities and tracked work progress 
•	Performed quantity take-off from construction drawings and ordered required materials
•	Performed a variety of documentation related duties, such as: receiving, and loading documentation into system. 
•	Ensured material deliveries such as tickets and bills were collected and documented daily
•	Conducted morning briefing by introducing and reviewing the upcoming daily activities and deliveries to the sub-trades
•	Assisted with tracking work authorities including sub-trades time, equipment and personnel
•	Attended various meetings and recorded meeting minutes
•	Assisted with assigning work to laborers and monitored their work progress
•	Responded to site issues by solving problems or documenting and introducing potential solutions in the field to the site superintendent

Working for RenoKing Contracting was a valuable experience as I was able to work alongside Master Carpenters in order to build custom homes for clients in downtown Toronto. I was able to grow my technical knowledge as well as gain hands-on experience with structural steel, wood and concrete. Working with a small team, I was able to develop a strong relationship which went beyond our working hours.

I appreciated my time at Kenaidan for the variety of projects that I had an opportunity to work on. It was somehow disappointing that there was not much of a support infrastructure in place like: estimating software, junior personnel to assist the senior estimator. Overall, it was good experience.

Management constantly yells and harasses employees. 
The typical, "ego" maniacs you would expect are present in the hierarchy. 
Pay was ok however. 
Jobs could be anywhere. So you could be stuck driving 2 hours to work each day for a year, maybe more. 

Not

love the hours grate working experience if you dont know somthing they make it there mission to trane you properly and make sure you know what you are doing this jobe is all about there imployees and family over all a exclent compeny to work for

All of the jobs are several months behind schedule.   There is very minimal  direction and no set plan of what needs to be done and prioritized.  
Also, do not openly say that you support the union.  You will get fired.

Company provides good benefits and great mentoring. Long hours depending on the project.  Management always supports and helps with learning, professional development. 
Overall great place to work and nice team!

Fast paced job. Definitely understaffed but gained a lot of experience. Regular pay raises, worked with some experienced professionals. Ontario office more refined than BC office

Fast paced, hard work, gret money. Supervisors can be real idiots. Book smart not field smart.
Pays were always accurate, hour correct, vacation pay and bonus pay was good to.
