If you love fast paced environment, work on different projects every day, and challenges, you will love Keurig Dr Pepper. The company has amazing brands to work on and the people are really collaborative and fun to work with. However the company has not evolved in terms of vacations, benefits and compensations. They are pretty average and nothing is competitive compared to other companies. For all the extra hours and work we put on and the pressure we constantly have to perform, the company do not recognize it enough. They will give you free lunch, box of goodies and thank you card here and there but they will never give what the employees really want which is an augmentation of compensation or extra week of vacations (or even just a few days)...

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The most stressful aspect of working at the company stems from management policies rather than communication issues. Leadership decisions often create pressure and uncertainty, which significantly impact morale and productivity

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The work environment and culture at the company are unfortunately quite negative. There’s a noticeable lack of support, motivation, and collaboration, which makes it difficult to thrive or feel engaged

Since Keurig and DrPepper (Motts) merger company has lost its direction. Company culture is toxic, management is terrible and does not have the foresight or experience. All the decisions are sent from USA where they do not have the same working atmosphere as CDA. I suspect this CDA division will be closed down the road. No job security in any position bc they keep changing their direction. Throwing ideas against the wall to see if anything works, so far nothing is working. Sales are rapidly declining & management is unaware how to stop the losses. They keep cutting but that comes to an end soon enough. 

Keurig was an overall good place to work. The management treats it's employees pretty well and overall the culture is one of respect. We felt that our opinions as employees really mattered there and the atmosphere was generally a positive one. The one issue there is that the company was  bought/merged with other companies several times in the years I was there and every time that came with changes and layoffs. Also, unless you are willing to relocate to Montreal there is very little opportunity for upward mobility.

Great place to work for if you are interested in learning and staying engaged with equipment you are working on. Hard work gets rewarded and recognized. The machines keep you busy and there is a lot to learn. Opportunities for advancement and career growth are available. Assistance benefits with college classes tuition are one if the great benefits to help you with career growth.  Overtime is available but not forced. Some other hard to find benefits these days are: 4 sick days, 4 floating holidays, 80 hour of PTO all right at start, 6% 401k match. Overall a great company! 

Daily routines were predictable although there were rotations for employees to work on different machines. Management did not make it clear on the onset of my employment that there was a requirement to replace machine operators.Communication between some operators and general helpers were unsatisfying. I had no experience operating the machines but had to learn under a stressful environment.

I worked at KDP for 8 years. The first 6 were very good, even though women have a very difficult time getting promoted, but men get promoted after 6 months. I got tiny promotions, enough to keep me there I guess, but no real impact.

The culture has shifted in the past two years, and the overall ambiance of the company isn't the same. Very high turnover rate, which means you constantly have new people in their jobs, so efficiency is nil. Management is not clear with directions, and don't walk the talk.

working past regular hours but not getting paid for the time

Average. strong teamwork with some, others...not so much.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Start at 6am. finish is supposed to be 2:30 but often have to stay late. busy all day.

Job satisfaction is ok.But the time involved is too much. 12 hour/day,Monday to Sunday.
I started my career with the company as a manufacturing trainee.I was trained in all the aspect of the business-Production, Engineering, Quality Control,Warehousing, Account and Human resources.
At the end of the training, I was directed to head a shift at one of the biggest plant of Seven up Bottling Company in Nigeria, Abuja plant where I am now.

Working at Keurig Canada was an eye-opening experience. When I started, I found it physically difficult but it got easier and easier due to their exceptional security and health presentations on how to work effectively and reduce any potential dangers to our health. My coworkers were very friendly and willing to help me improve on the skills and tasks needed for the job.
