a typical day would be working from 10 am to 8 pm with a  two separate hour breaks in between. Would Teach children from the age of 6 to 14 water activities. Great working environment with outgoing people all around. The hardest part of the job was always being alert alert for children's safety. The most enjoyable part of the job was meeting new people every day and being surrounded by a beautiful environment.

At Kilcoo, you are treated as part of a family. Everyone knows everyone, and no one is ever felt they are left out. Overall, an awesome place to work with the best people you will ever meet. The management team does a great job organizing the team and keeping everyone's spirits up for the summer months. It is also one of the highest paying camps in Ontario, although it might not seem like a lot.

A great place to work, every day was very enjoyable, and every day was different. To name only a few I learned great interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills . Everyone I worked with was very happy to be there. The hardest part of the job was the strenuous physical activity. The most enjoyable part of the job was teaching the kids many different skills that come from being at a summer camp.

This camp is a fantastic place to learn leadership skills as well as many other abilities. The work place culture is completely positive and productive. Words cannot express the amount of enjoyment and fulfilment I received from working here.

Kilcoo camp is a great environment surrounded with positivity. You will learn a ton about the importance of teamwork initiative and how it can carry you throughout the entirety of your life.

It's a summer Camp. Do you like working with kids? 

I can't begin to start with all the things and skills I learned there.

They were great work for and I have made plenty of life long friends from working there.

You get room, meals and the chance to spend time in the great outdoors.

Really poor camp spirit and the director is off his rocker but at least the pay in amazing and the hours are extremely reasonable. Would recommend only if you love Minden.

Great culture, With great upper management. Mostly hire from within, With close knit group of staff and clientele. Great organization

Kilcoo Camp is a fun and safe environment and a great experience for young men and boys. Having worked and attended the camp for quite some time I am speaking from experience.
