These people will charge you to clean with them, there is no support, no one to cover when you can't, and they'll blame you for it.  This had terrible work culture, the bosses don't respect you as a worker at all. Overall, two thumbs down, would not recommend and would never work with them again.

Management is horrible. They do not care about you. You are a number that is all. No staff so you will be doing 6 jobs at the same time and you better do them fast or prepared to be yelled at. Do not stop moving breaks forget about that. In the time I worked here they went through 4 so called supervisers who could not supervise anything. If being treated like you are not a human  bring paid nothing and working till you drop sounds good then your at home. You can do better then this place.

Kleenway services has been a great experience. From the people that work on site, to the people that work in the office, to upper management, it's easy to have a great experience. While growth and productivity is vital to business operations, there is an equal focus on creating the right environment for the staff. As long as you give 100%, Kleenway is rewarding in its flexibility and support.

I don't know nothing I think,  nothing best for as my experiences.

Late payroll the most stressful , or not paying.

No idea ...more cleaning like mopping dusting, waxing

All days are great, nothing to complain

Terrible pay. Management is less than adequate. No problems or concerns are ever addressed. Proper equipment for job not provided. Understaffed and unwilling to hire more. Tried to fire employees for needing time off after surgery. Don’t work here!

Would have stayed more if I didn't have to leave the due to family reasons.

Supportive and effective management team. I'm grateful to have been associated with Kleenway for the past few years. If you're looking enthusiastic and love working in facility care Kleenway is the right choice!!!

Never paid on time, no job security, horrible equipment that takes months to replace if at all, I mine as well be communicating with a wall it would be just as effective as reaching out to them about anything 

They never pay on time management micro managing.. no way to move up or even ask for a raise .... If you complain you are most definitely targeted toxic work environment
