I was physically assaulted twice.  Once by my supervisor.
A typical day at work was very stressful because the other employees don't pay attention enough to do their job well and so there were constant mistakes which hindered your production.  There was always a lack of proper PPE.  Management was nowhere to be found half the time and even when they were there, it was needless stress because they're short staffed and confused.
This was an extremely toxic environment.  
The most enjoyable part of the job was when there were breaks or the day was over.
This was one of the most dysfunctional jobs I have ever worked at and I would not recommend this job to anyone; nor would I suggest buying anything from them as it would undoubtably have flaws in its construction.

As a team player who was fully hoping to have an opportunity to grow and thrive at this company, I learned quickly that this couldn't have been further from the truth. The management here is the worst I've ever seen at such a large-scale business, not to mention the number of HR issues that arise that do not get solved whatsoever. The overall company culture is horrendous and if they want to keep burning through people employed in the area then they should come up with a better business plan to sustain their lost labor. I wish that I had never applied here and wasted my time dedicating it to such a toxic company.

Dealing with unmanageable coworkers and head office. Chaotic and stressful in trying to please everyone. Hardest part of the job is lack of support and guidance. I learned to never work hard for someone else who's core values don't align with yours.  Having integrity and respect for all is not valued here. You will be disrespected, overworked and underpaid. Go where you will be valued. 

not bad work. repetitive at worst. the company seems to understand the importance of good employee morale. its a little taxing on your energy by the end if the day, but i feel we're compensated pretty well. lots of good payment programs for boots, lunch, taxi to work, and options for banking overtime or christmas money. i like it alot here so far.

You are often treated as though your concerns, time, and well-being don’t matter. Communication from management is poor, and there seems to be very little appreciation for the people doing the actual work. The coworkers were great to work with, which is the main reason I’m giving two stars instead of one. The lack of respect and support from management created a negative work environment that made it hard to want to stay there.

working there i meet a lot of great people and i wish one day i will be able to return to work there again.  the hardest part of the job was leaving because of a sickness that is now under control...i made many friends there and learnt many new things on a daily biasis

Typical work days started early to take advantage  Completing inventory cycle counts and investigated/rectified discrepancies consumes aprox one quarter of the day. Issuing purchase orders and tracking deliveries, and processing paperwork consumes aprox half the day.  The remainder time is spent in meeting and problem solving for continuous improvement/efficiency initiatives.

The managers are out to get you, and you get fired for no reason.
I worked my but off and as soon as i asked to switch departments they fired me .
I loved my job but the people there are nasty people. 
I don't understand why they let me go. They need me and are always hiring because they can't keep staff  because they treat people like they are replaceable 

Typical work day.... be at your station before the bell, work until the break bell sounds. Be back at your work station before the bell.  Management doesn't care. You are replaceable. And the pay is low for the hard work you do.
