I did my highschool co-op at Kubik, although it had a bit of a rocky start I thoroughly enjoyed it, managment and co workers are great and very friendly open people. Work is enjoyable and feels fulfilling, and hard work is recognized and rewarded.

Great coworkers- willing help, many laughs together! 
Atmosphere- we are all in the same team!
Management- as long as you do your job, they will always support you in anyway!
Work- some days are longer than others depending on your projects, if you know the business that’s just how it is. 
Advancement- always room to grow!

I really enjoy working at Kubik because my manager is absolutely amazing. She is very accommodating and  understanding. Also, the most enjoyable part of the job is working in the accounting department with the most amazing team. We all help each other out and the work environment is very pleasant.

I had a great experience when Kubik was really starting to grow. I worked with a great group of people and I am still friends with a couple of them after many years since I left. The projects I worked on were incredible and the project managers knew what they were doing. I felt great being a part of the team.

The disconnect between the project management team and account management team needs to be improved. The job can get really stressful, and are expected to work overtime- no credit given. Hardly gives out raises. Hard work is noticed but not rewarded.

Very collaborative environment. People are opened to guide one another. Very experienced people. Everyone's always happy and nice. Very positive vibe. Flexible hours. Very comfortable workplace. 

Many things to learn from this company and good opportunities for travel and bonus. excellent team players and great environment to work in. Excellent room for growth

Was able to transition into various roles at Kubik.  The people at Kubik are hard working and always willing to help and encourage others to learn and grow.

Everyday is different. Lots of travel and new people. Excellent opportunity for growth and advancements. Different work everyday and fast paced. excellent place to work
