- The schedule is not consistent, changes every week ( you either work a lot of shifts or the minimum amount according to your availability)
- Long shifts 
- Understaffed especially during holidays
-Management is lackluster, can be slow when responding to in store issues (e.g broken equipment)
- Very fast paced environment so the job isn't for everyone
- Can be stressful 

Overall : Management needs to step up.


The location I work is understaffed. During the week, there's only 1 person working per shift (excluding Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings). The manager is barely in the store but the boss is always there. Occasionally it feels like I am underpaid since it is one person doing all the work in a six-hour shift. The only pro is that the boss allows you to make free drinks for yourself.

Job is pretty straight forward if you already have experience as bubble tea barista. There are pretty basic math you'll have to be doing with the customzing of the drinks on top of memorizing the recipes which you're pretty much doing on your own time. But if you dont mind that then its a pretty fun place to work

Management will never address something unless you bring it up multiple times and get other employees to agree with you. Was expected to know everything that happens in the store while I wasn't scheduled or considered full time. 

the boss was a really nice person but the work environment was very very bad. My co workers weren't was as understanding as I expected. I did not learn much from this job and I was not really happy being there.

Management does not care, I spoke out briefly about the breaks and was ridiculed. Paid under minimum wage until you fully memorize the menu and can pass a written test. Management will pick on you until you quit or until they fire you.  

The role demands significant multitasking, substantial memorization, and impeccable organizational skills. However, as you become adept at these, the experience becomes genuinely enjoyable.

Everyone is so kind and cooperative. You definitely come out of this job with not only experience, but friends as well. Schedules are very flexible and if not busy, shifts are incredibly chill.

Love the job. Work environment was excellent. Managers are really supportive. The downside was only about schedules/hours are really limited so I would not be able to make enough money for daily life

Great management but this can vary depending on location. Straightforward job but it can be stressful when there are rushes which is typical for a good service job.
