I worked there as Data Entry Clerk from September 2020 till April 2021.
From the first day I felt welcomed and my managers always helped and supported me. Team is so nice and helpful, great environment for those who just started career. I often took days off when my kids were sick or off from school.
Owners are hard working and everybody in the team is rewarded honestly. I recommend  this company as the owners have very high professional and business ethics.Every staff is rewarded  based on their loyalty, personal performance and dedication. 
I am putting 4 stars only because salary was low for me and suitable for single individuals , but if you have a family and kids to feed then  it will be hard without additional source of income.  Also medical and dental benefits are paid partially after probation period and 50% deducted from  salary.



Lenmark is a good place to work overall. The coworkers are friendly, helpful, and create a positive environment. Compensation is fair, and there’s good job security. However, the company lacks a clear structure, and sometimes there’s limited follow-up when tasks are delegated. Having regular follow-up meetings, at least biweekly, would help improve organization, communication, and overall efficiency. With better structure and management processes, it could become an excellent workplace.

Excellent work culture and management, you really won’t find a more polished work place than this. Good opportunities for overtime and growth for those who go the extra mile and can proactively problem
solve. Pay is on par with similar jobs in the area, if not better. Lots of productive work and different projects all the time, so you’ll rarely be doing the exact same thing. Occasional free lunches/donuts/coffee which is an extra bonus.

The staff is friendly, work hours are consistent, health benefits offered, and engaged ownership.

This is a very fast paced company and things change very quickly in our industry.

Work environment is clean and positive. The company culture is very fun and supportive.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Constant engagement with staff and management and always busy.

Lenmark is an excellent company to work for with a good culture and lots of exciting work - as they are really pushing the envelope in their industry. As a UX Designer I've been able to take ownership on large projects and be a key component of their development. Employees are listened to and often relied on for problem solving and new ideas.

Lack of management, system and training. I get called when I'm off work. No communications. The job itself can be challenging and the stress is high and politics. Due to bad managment. It's not a great place to work. Typical day is no communication. Do not expect fair treatment or back up if you need it.

Great place to work. I gained an in depth knowledge in heavy industrial mechanics and machines. However you will face many challenges in keeping a clean/ organized work area as warehouse space is in limited supply and ever changing.

Lenmark has been a great work experience to have the opportunity to take part in. It's a locally owned business with owners who care about their employees, and actively look for ways to help you grow with them to prepare you for your future, whether it be with them or elsewhere.

Overall learning experience of what never to do for a job. Great co-workers, just really poor leadership with no concept of how to motivate a team.

Communication is sorely lacking. Management has ZERO clue as to what’s involved to make equipment function.

Lenmark has been a great place to work, haven't had a bad experience. Everyone working here is experience and always learning. Company growth is nice.
