The organizational culture at this workplace, under the guidance of the logistics manager, reflects outdated management methodologies that impede effective communication and leadership. Moreover, frequent interruptions and a perceived lack of respect from the logistics manager suggest a disregard for fundamental workplace norms and professionalism. The practice of employees from one department covering for another, possibly at the direction of the logistics manager, underscores potential inefficiencies and hints at inadequate resource allocation or staffing strategies.

Despite a commitment to recognizing rights and rejecting toxic environments, the prevailing sentiment is one of disappointment and disillusionment with the company's policies. While there may be opportunities for improvement, the overall environment, largely influenced by the actions of the logistics manager, appears detrimental to employee well-being and professional development.

I worked as a shipping receiving operator at this company but ultimately decided to leave due to issues with management. While they claim to be expanding their team, it often feels like they're simply filling positions left vacant by those who couldn't tolerate having their rights ignored and being disrespected by certain individuals. During so-called 'cross training,' I found myself assigned more tasks than initially agreed upon and frequently asked to cover work in other departments, which felt like exploitation of my time and skills. Despite assurances from HR that complaints are taken seriously, my experiences suggested otherwise. Expressing concerns about employee well-being often led to being marginalized, with little regard for genuine concerns. Ultimately, I believe there are better opportunities available elsewhere, where companies not only offer higher pay but also prioritize respect and dignity for their employees.

What is the best part of working at the company?
I am working as a General Operator as General operator I am making the steel nuts when  I am making that I need to be checked the Dia meter, Total length, Grip length and chamber according the specification of Mechanical drawing. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
We have more parts in this company which are Part off, Turn blanking, Grinding, Cold work and Heat Treatment but, those parts are very essential to us and the turn blanking very important because of dimension. If Incase, make a mistake in dimension which will be effected every part

I do not have any ideas
but we are working independently  and many country peoples are working that's all

Sorry I do not have any ideas about that

I had a positive experience with LISI in terms of the job role and learning opportunities. The compensation and benefits were satisfactory, including medical, RRSP, dental, and profit-sharing. The company also provided enjoyable freebies and bonuses, though the latter were discontinued due to COVID-19.

However, there were some challenges. The work culture lacked certain social events and team-building activities, and I noticed a limited sense of teamwork. There were instances of office politics and a lack of trust among some employees. Additionally, my experience with HR was less than ideal, particularly during a difficult personal period.

Overall, while LISI has its strengths, some areas could benefit from improvement, especially regarding team cohesion and management support.

Work Environment, Good Work Culture, Easily get along with other people, diversed, chance to improve and grow.

Its hard to motivate people specially in your own department when they already give up on performing well and better due to their slow increase in salary despite of knowledge they have and the key roles they take part in lisi.

Come to work do your job and everyone mind their own business.

Enjoy what you are doing, have the well to learn something new everyday, LISI will open to you everyday a chance to learn something new, meanwhile you have to be serious when it comes to details and safety.

details and focusing, you have to be serious and feel responsible for every detail

Challenging, tough, and they are giving very good environment to make it easy on everybody

Although the system and infrastructures of this company seem strong, the company is suffering from many organizational, managerial and quality control problems. 
- Mainly naive managers, very little pays and hard working conditions.
- Managers of the company they care only for themselves, and they don't care at all about the workshop people. 
- This company will make you tired more than what they pay you.

P.S. I have worked there for 2 years and I reported these issues in almost all departments.

Lisi is a friendly work environment, where there is a lot of collaboration amongst all employees. Even if someone is new with no experience, more experienced employees are happy to train those who are motivated and willing to learn. 

Most of the day, you'll be working on a machine or two, but the work itself is not complex. 

Overall, friendly, collaborative and nice place to work. No complaints

Good working and safe environment. Friendly management. If you are looking for a stable and long term job then Lisi is the place to be. You can grow your career wirh them as they are into robotics. And I guess the pay is higher than the handling the machine. Theyre keeping with the global demands of boeing.

Very professional and the Human Resources is very competent and friendly. The interview was easy and the hiring process was very fast. The company culture is open and multicultural. The hiring process was very easy and smooth, in less than a week I was already working with a very helpful and appreciated team.
