Management could've been great, they only changed when many associates started to leave and they were short-staffed. Worked there for 2 years and despite the minimum wage salary, I did the job of 5 people because of how unorganized they were and wished they could've raised my pay by a few $$. Had great loving coworkers, and learned a lot about retail. Discounts were great too, especially around the holidays. Management could need a bit more work imo. 

Company was enjoyable to work for at the beginning however due to staff shortage, workers were placed in different deparments which was stressful.

Poor management, okay work culture and no benefits. It is also very hard to get a full time position!

I had a good experience working for this company.I answered clients callas and helped customers to solve their issues.I loved the work place and the people that work there.

I loved working here, i loved the team and the job. if you love working with makeup and with other people this is the job for you. Sometimes management/hours is not best for students. 

Days at work felt long and you are pressured into having clients apply for the company’s credit card which felt unethical considering which clients were the ones to accept. 

Never a dull moment as there is always customers, but usually not overwhelming (except around the holidays!). Loved my coworkers and management was easy to talk to!

Management very lovely and considerate towards employees. Pretty much understaffed and no help was given to us, so customers would get pretty upset…….
