There are plenty of projects to work on and the company follows agile development so the pace is quick but the team leads will make sure it never is to the point of burnout. The company provides development resources as well as when I got comfortable in one part of the system I was offered to work in a new location to gain additional knowledge. Management is very positive and approachable whenever you need anything. The work culture is very friendly and helpful with quite a few company social events to encourage this culture. The hardest part of the job would be navigating documentation for the various projects. The best part of working at Lawdepot is the flextime as it is the allows for fantastic work life balance. 

Lawdepot offers many opportunities for professional growth while also allowing for work-life balance. It is a collaborative environment that encourages people to take initiative in their role while being supported by their team. The company puts a lot of effort into creating a positive corporate culture by hosting company-wide social activities and lunches on a monthly basis. Overall, it's a great place to be employed.

Working at LawDepot has been the best job I've had so far. I have a great manager who values my opinions and always takes my ideas into consideration. The workplace culture is great! A lot of people at the company are very welcoming and friendly. There are many social events that happen throughout the year that I have enjoyed thus far. They have flexible work hours and you are rewarded for your hard work.

Hiring process and on-boarding was very professional and well thought out. Really enjoyed having 30, 60, and 90 day follow-ups to go over my experience, goals, and achievements.

The Interview process was very friendly and considerate, very good about keeping me informed and in the loop through the entire process.

The company tracks everything you click, everything you type, and active window and how “productive” you are. Micro managed and distrustful, pushing local tracking on your personal computer for remote work as well.

Working as a software developer in lawdepot as my first Canadian job after graduation has been a good experience so far. Very nice work culture and  collaborative teams, interesting projects. Lots of learning and opportunities to improve technical and professional skills. 

I’ve worked at LawDepot since 2018 and I still only have great things to say about the company, the people and the work.  I thrive the most when I can see how the work we do directly impacts the growth of the company and I definitely get that here.  I also really enjoy the open door policy in that everyone is willing to collaborate and help make the best decisions for our customers.  

LawDepot is a growing company. The company culture is quite good. People are trusted to do their work (haven't come across incidents of micromanagement).
