I had the pleasure of working for this company for 2 years and it was an incredibly valuable experience. From day one, I was impressed by the high standards and professionalism of the team. The management was excellent and always supportive, providing us with the tools and resources we needed to succeed.

One thing that sets this company apart from others is their rigorous hiring process. They only bring on the best quality employees and as a result, they are very selective. During my first weeks with the company, I was tested to ensure I was the right fit. While I saw some people let go or leave during this time, I believe that this process ultimately leads to a stronger team and better results.

The team itself was friendly and welcoming, making it easy for me to integrate into the company culture. I learned a lot during my time there, both professionally and personally. I appreciated the emphasis on quality and attention to detail in everything we did.

Overall, I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a challenging and rewarding work environment. They don't hire just anyone, but if you are fortunate enough to join the team, you will have the opportunity to learn from some of the best in the industry.

I feel extremely lucky to have found a position in a company with great values, ethics, and ambition. My boss is kind and understanding and is invested in my professional development. The culture is fantastic - everyone is a team player and we have a great time! Management is always looking for ways to keep us motivated with incentives, but they expect professionalism, reliability and high standards, in this company if you lack in skills you can’t hide, and I mean it the knowledge of the office staff and the owners is impressive, and we all know that many employees does often lie on their resume, you can’t do this in this company, is large structure but they will spot your lack of skill almost immediately and you will be fired, so don’t even try. This is great company to learn and grow, the job that we do is unique and with very high standards, but is not for everyone and takes skills above the ordinary and dedication t succede, I’m happy to be part of such an incredible team.

I worked with this company for around a year and they paid competitively compared to similar positions. Most important they don't have any down time like many other company where i worked before that the layoff the employees in the winter, this company work 12 months a year and doesn't hire everybody like other contractors. The hiring process is more complex but is understandable these days everyone thinks to be a trade guy, many of them are only good at talking. The work was collaborative and challenging and I loved it immensely, unfortunately i had to move back to Ontario to take care my family, i wish them the best.

I worked in the company for 2 years now I moved back to Toronto, but I have to say that this company did teach me some impressive building envelope design, something that I never see in over 20 years of exterior construction experience. The management is highly qualified and very experienced they definitely know what they are doing, and I will miss working with them. 
This company is something else so if you have the luck of working for them be honest and you will work no stop summer and winter, they are always busy.

A typical day at work is relaxing and easy going, as long as you know what you are doing and having the skill set to perform your work. I have learned news skills sets by interacting with other trade people. 
Is always busy even in the winter time and even when other company struggle so the only down side is that is not easy to find the time for an holiday but if you talk to the human resource they will hep you on arrange a period to take a vacation as far you give them some notice.

Stay far, far away from this company!!!
Management is a joke.  They have no clue how to run a business and they treat their customers and employees horribly!!!
Management and guys in the field are on different pages and they have no clue what they are suppose to do.  Most guys in the field do not know what they are suppose to do, there is no training - they just send you to a job site and expect you to work!
I feel sorry for the home owners that have used Leak Doctor.
Now I know why most people leave after 3 months.

Wouldn’t wish these guys on anybody. Poor management poor organization and follow though. Take advantage of clients and employees. They offer tools company vehicle bonus at first then don’t deliver on anything. Expect you to supply everything but fasteners. Leave series of wrong designs and to the customers dissatisfaction only to be blamed and thrown under the bus. Can’t fill a days worth of work never mind a week.

Leak Doctor is a supportive company which cares greatly about the work that they do and the people that work for them. I was able to learn so much while working here. As they are a complete building envelope company there is so much variety in the tasks that need to be accomplished, creating an ever changing work environment. 

Good place and people to work with. Allow work to be balanced with family so far the employee can meet up with his work schedule and close projects at all times.
I had to take time off to help my wife and the company did help me and support us during this difficult times.

During working at this company I learned a great deal more about building envelope than I knew when I first joined the company. I started with only basic knowledge and skill in renovations and when I left I took with me so much more knowledge and skill than I had to offer in the beginning.
