I've worked at many collision repair shops, but this is the by far the best.

I think they’re trying to run a shop like an office… it does NOT work.
Some days they will make you sit for the whole 8 hours if there is nothing to do instead of sending you home.
They promised nothing would change when they bought out the company, but quite literally everything has.
We never have supply, and we run out of important supplies every single day.
Claims to have a great incentive program, but they set it up so it is extremely highly impossible to ever reach.

Lift Auto is an amazing company to grow your career with. They are a young and continuously growing organisation who offer their employees a multitude of support and benefits. Management staff are very approachable, and the culture of the company overall is one of growth and teamwork. The work is hard and plentiful, but very rewarding. 

Lift is an exciting up-and-coming company that has plenty of opportunity.  The shop-specific folks are passionate and dedicated while the executive team has a clear vision for the future.  They've been amazing to work for, very honest and direct with their communication while giving me plenty of opportunity to improve my career.  Excellent benefits and the culture is very caring and supportive.  Don't listen a disgruntled employee, I'm still working here - and for very good reason.

I worked for them from 2016 to 2019 as an autobody tech. Things were good until 2018 when lift auto took over. After that things went downhill quickly. Work loads and expectations tripled which then created low morale and high turnovers. I stuck it out for a year under them and it took a toll. Yes they provided some free lunches but it didn't cut it for poor management. Best decision I made was to quit and move on. Much happier now. I would not recommend working for this company.

Staff are ready to step up to the challenge of a busy day and excited to learn the new requirements and rules behind insurance and repairs as they occur. The company supports me to train further in my position and makes sure I have the support to succeed in my role. There are a lot of customers day to day who have just experienced stressful situations and that can, at times, roll into the office. Our job is to support them through the process.

Will hire anyone regardless of their skills, no interview when I was hired just called me saying come and start work the next day. 
Management and ‘old guard’ staff treat you like a peon not worthy of respect or the slightest bit of humility. 
Honestly can’t think of a single thing that was a positive during my time working here. 

Work place culture is pretty awful which doesn't make it a happy place to be at. Techs don't get along and are constantly backstabbing everyone. Office is seriously struggling and never seems to improve since they don't care about hiring anybody. Constant mistakes from estimators making your job worse to deal with everyday.  Its not great at all.

Nice place to work, team is pleasant but there are disparities between the head office and the shop employees. There is also a distinction between certain employees at corporate level. Not everyone is treated equally. 
If you want to punch in and punch out, not build connections with people to avoid being out under a microscope you will do just fine here.
