The fancy office and perks are supposed to make up for the fact that you will barely be paid a living wage unless you are in the boys club of senior management (friends and neighbours of CEO and CFO). 
Spoke to loyal employees of 10 years who had never once received raise. Expect a low starting salary and to be strung along with hopes of raises and bonuses that never come. 
Very high employee turnover rate. Entry level positions are treated as disposable. Employees who have worked there 2 years or more are few and far between. 

Lindsay was a good place to work however like many growing construction companies the image they project is a bit more forward thinking then the reality, and when the going gets tough they often fall back on archaic was of thinking and doing things. Defiantly worth a try if you have an offer, but don't put your heart and soul into this company until you are  sure they have your back.   

STEADY CONSISTENT WORK BENEFITS INCLUDING LIFE INSURANCE, 10% VACATION PAY, NO COMPLAINTS....

We worked steady hours breaks for lunch half hour, guys were good carpenters i learned a lot form them and they were good to me.

In the 7 plus years of working for Lindsay Construction they treated me with the utmost respect, professionally and personally. They were there when I needed them most and stood by myself and my family.

I was only an intern so my pay was expected but I used to hear people complain about pay a decent amount. I thoroughly loved my 2 years there. The leadership was nothing but great to me.

I was hired in summer of 2018.Worked till March of 2019,was laid off in March.
My name was on there work list.
I had called the HR department at least six times to notify that I work for them and I'm currently unemployed.

A lot of management changes and styles. The company expects a lot from employees. Management plays favorites when it. Comes to employees
Its a very demanding environment but employees are well compensated

I’ve been a carpenter with Lindsay construction for over 3 years, and have nothing but good things to say. The superintendents I have worked with were very personable and reasonable, never had any problems working with this company. 

I would go back in a heartbeat havin the chance. I hope one day it will be back like the old days when we had a great Regional Director whom was passionate &   a great mentor.

Fair employer with a professional attitude hires competent skilled laborers to complete jobs in  timely manner. Very focused on safety and will not tolerate those who are not.
