I have worked at this company for 9 years and enjoyed most of my time here. People are helpful and sociable which helps with your mood and makes you want to come to work. From the office workers to the warehousemen everyone is friendly and willing to help which starts from upper management who treat their employees well. 

Not much room for advancement but plenty of ways to further your knowledge of the industry as this company is a culmination of import, export, customs brokerage, cartage and warehousing.

Best part is that they understand your needs and if you need help, they’re there to help you.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Busy seasons. A little bit too busy.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Multiple cultures of, and everybody works together. Everybody help each other.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
No stress and happiness, if you ever over worm with work, other guys they’re jumping in to help you.

Family dynamic is the key as well as a great company to work for

I don't have anything to report, I love it

Absolutely great, positive, team work and the deep family dynamic keeps me going every day

Work, love and lots of laughter while getting everything done for the day

Coworkers are good, thats all.

The higher ups, they don’t want to see employees sitting free even if there is no work

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It’s a company that only cares about work not about employees. The job is never secure here, employee never knows when it will be their last day.

I had worked for many warehouses in British Columbia and is now working for lei for last 2 years. It is the best what a person can get from a warehouse, from working standards , pay and co workers everyone . Supervisors deal with you as friends and help you a lot . It has a busy and fast paced environment though but it never feels like because there is no burden given to the co workers. Everyone here is like a family .

Great company to work at. I have learned a lot of new skills to harness my skills in my field of expertise. But some co-worker refused do their part which caused unfair distribution of work that have burdened other team members to do their part of the job.

Privately owned Canadian company, operated internationally.  They took care of me while I was with them.  I worked there for 8 years and my salary was almost never the same.  It always increased, but I was a different beast.  I think they took care of me as I practically dedicated my entire life to them, how ever they did appreciate it

I would say LEI has a very productive and friendly environment. Management is awesome and very helpful once you face any difficulty at work. 
The hardest part of my job is dealing with so many challenges with my client's shipments, but the positive aspect of that is that I improved my problem solving skill a lot.

I have only been with LEI a few short months but already feel at home and feel like I am a huge part of the growing family. Everyone is pleasant, the culture is great, there is no micro managing, the staff and the manager are great to work with.

Arrange all the export / imports, costs, and procedures in the export department. Increase the in the department and better the logistics process in general.
