If you mess up, you get suspensions. They mess up its sweeped under the rug. 
Drivers are replaceable, equipment is valued more than the person operating it. 
Was told more time than I can count that a large number of actions will result in dismissal. Hard to work happy when it seems management looks for reasons to suspend workers or dismiss them.

A busy working culture.   Always something to do all the time.  The work at the company starts off in the morning as usual and there would be always something left over to be completed from the previous day.   I therefore follows that with each morning, unsupervised, a worker always has something already well thought to be done in their planning overnight.  It will be one truck unit after the other getting into the workshop and sooner than later, work begins on it.   As the hours tick by, a day is gone, and this is just part of the good workmanship at this company.

 Poor maintenance of equipment - truck that I was assigned to had been damaged in an accident and not repaired.
 Constant problems with trailers and converters breaking down.
 Favoritism - certain drivers do as they please, don't listen to dispatch - with no repercussions.
 Unqualified dispatchers - booking loads that we cannot handle with a particular trailer.
 Hours of service rules only apply when it's convenient.

Was a fast paced job doing multiple delivery daily while being belittled and put down daily. Owner and head manager always put you down and yelled at you for everything even if outside of your control would suspend you for trucks breaking even if it’s not your fault. Would demand you to work while extremely sick or injured and push you to work in unsafe conditions 

I’ve been in the trucking industry for decades and this was one of the worst disorganized companies I have ever worked for. They blame everything on the drivers with high expectations and not an enough time to complete the work loads safety. 

Super toxic work environment. 
No one works as a team. Management doesn’t care. If you have experience in the corporate world  (or a high IQ) it will be extremely frustrating and irritating working here.
No one does their job and no one cares. 
If you’re smart don’t work here.

While working here management was very pushy and tried to control everything instead of letting the people they hire do the jobs they were hired for, combine this with the unwillingness to change and advance the company and it is not a place I would recommend unless there is no other choice 

I found that this place doesn't like to provide much training. When going to a new place you only know the address they don't explain the process of the supplier or company you are going to. They like working you till your last lig book hour and then will start you at 3 am as soon as you have hours again.

Company that's always wants you to go regardless of HOS. No rules in place,No safety protocol andnever care about a driver. Company wants you fo have more than 1 log books in your cab. I found it very stressful to work for this company. Outworked  but underpaid. They seem to let you go before you know it. Bad company to work for

This company is micromanagement, very poor management. 
Dispatch is awful both highway and city.
Top management doesn't no what there doing. 
The shop mechanics can't even fix the trucks right.
(Won't let them fix my dog sled lol)
Highway dispatcher sleeping around with the highway drivers and doing drugs.
