Great employees!! but... wasnt the greatest management, job security isnt high and will cut hours even if you signed contract, minimum training (better if you know a bit of what you are doing) , questionable pay & always need to keep track of your own hours as there was a mistake all the time. The company has wonderful employees and customers but a company can only be as strong as its weakest point and there are many weak points.

Lube city- gave additional knowledge or know how to the associate/workers for providing training’s and seminars. Gave balance working hours, harmonious relationships/open communication from the top management to the lowest associate of the floor shop.

Management makes you sell things you know people don't need and threaten you when you don't. You feel like scum lying to people that don't know any better. Not appreciative of your work or what you do and from being to starting position to almost acting manager I never got a raise

i loved working here i got to work on cars everyday and it was awesome every so often we would have a really nice sports car come in to get their oil changed and it was awesome seeing those kinds of cars come into the shop.

management needs work as they dont prioritise the needs of the employees. some days there is a large influx of customers other days its dead slow. those days its a chance that you will be sent home early just to have it pick up again and have your now understaffed store struggle

You are better off picking cans 
Management is narcissistic.

Commission for sales so a lot of unneeded servicing

Products and service way overpriced 

Training is inadequate. 

Absolutely no perks its cheaper for employees to buy product anywhere else 




They advertise hiring at 16-18$ an hour but only pay 15$ after three months you get no raise they say they’ll give a raise after you meet 6 targets 3 months and even if you do that you still don’t get a raise

Get to learn about vehicle maintenance,   and customer service:  Guide and assist customer the whole process of servicing their vehicle. Promote the sales of appropriate
services, parts, and accessories by thoroughly understanding the product and associated service requirements

Upper management are thoughtless individuals who expect everything and give nothing in return. They want you too work and devote your life to the company but do not show any appreciation whatsoever. They expect you to work extra but don't want to give you time off when you need it.
