3) No supervision required

A) Travel time to and from job site (no close accommodations available)

The job is what it is.
Very understanding for what is required.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Good people and well maintained equipment. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The demand for quotas daily.  Understandable but wasn't easy for me. But  the are will to work with you on that. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Good and fast yet  a well organized business. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Long as expected. Very early start to be expected.

If your good it’s all good if your mediocre not so good if your just not all that you may have said you were you won’t last. Top notch equipment. 
Lots of work. Attention to detail is a must. 
Overall if your there to work and can do the job professionally your going to do good. 

Even though I'm being a new employee to this Company but I feel like I've been working here for a long time. Good management and a very friendly atmosphere, high standards safety policy make your daily work easy going. I would definitely recommend this wonderful Company to anyone who wants to work and earn money successfully. I like it here.

Worked there almost 4 years let go with no reason management is a complete joke horrible place to work for lots of hours to get treated poorly have minimal time at home getting phone calls at all hours of the day/night and expected to bend over backwards for them

I enjoyed working for Lydell Drayton Valley. As a Class 1 driver, I appreciated that they had a full mechanics crew that immediately took care of any issues big or small. Paychecks allways steady, girls in office allways helpful.Absolutely nothing bad to say about Lydell, good company to work for.

Big company with good communication between party's form everything to logging to equipment operator a good job to open job opportunities to run equipment like dozers and hoes

The grass is greener on the other side until you cross over and your stuck . They constantly threaten to fire or take pay away from employees to get them to do more and better .

my review of this place was 10 hour days min some times more depending on the job,Working on new equipment ,work place culture was ok ,management could be better to many mangers one person would say one thing and another would say something different
