I had great co workers and managment. Great to talk to, fun times but also very competitive with stealing sales and trying to get their upt up, brought to managment attention but nothing done. Scheduling is all over the place and unfair. Also, managment had a tag team like system, where they could do stuff but not employees (such as rodent stuff, placing holds for themselves for long periods and customer can't get) I enjoyed the company and customers but it seems a hbit much for such a low pay,

This was the worst work environment I have ever experienced. The manager at the time was rude and unprofessional. She did not care about her team at all and often was a nuisance to customers as well. Many of the team members tried to contact the regional manager to explain some of the situations we were forced to endure because of our store manager and the regional manager did not show any concern what so ever. The work culture at this store was completely unhealthy and toxic.

I was there for a brief time but it was pleasant while I was there. The other girls that I worked with were nice, the store was always a fun place and we got a clothing allowance which is always a good thing. It was basically like a bunch of girlfriends hanging out all day and trying on trendy clothes.

Responsible for building and maintaining old/new relationships with clients, worked with money, contributed to store layouts and inventory lay outs, worked with clients to update their wardrobe and keep up with newest trends.

Great location with a fun, easy going environment. Definitely sales driven and customer driven.

Will promise you room for growth however they will not help with your career no matter how committed you are. They recognize when you make
mistakes but do not give recognition to your successes.

Fun and competitive. Great company and caring co-workers/managers. Love putting clothes away and giving style advice to customers. Definitely not boring. Awesome incentives!

Not a stable company.  Rules and protocol change to frequently so it was hard to keep track.  

Discrimination against my gender. Did not receive the same benefits as female coworkers.

So much love for this company and the people that work here. Amazing incentives and opportunities to expand. Shifts fly by when you're working with the right people.
